I visited My Ramen for lunch earlier today and had a nice experience. I tried the Edamame and Black Garlic Ramen. The Edamame were lightly salted, and beans were nicely soft and tender. A nice snack. The Ramen was delicious. The flavorful seasoned broth was rich with garlic flavor and aroma. The ramen had a nice mixture of soft savory noodles, tender pork with a hint of melt in your mouth fattiness and a crisped outside, crisp bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and scallions and a nicely soft-boiled egg. Had to find somewhere to eat on the way back to Orlando and this was our stop! My Ramen has both Japanese and Chinese cuisines; my husband's yakisoba looked more like lo mein but was tasty, as was my chicken hibachi. I feel like there was probably a boatload of sodium in our meals, but they were good. The salad was drowning in dressing but otherwise good. As far as decor, it's clearly an old Pizza Hut with the red brick inside and not much to look at. I think for this area of town, this is a solid choice, and prices are affordable! read more

Delicious food! I thought I'd have leftovers but I ate everything. Really nice couple that seemed to be running it. I decided to try honey lemonade and I'm glad I did! They put it in a to go cup, so I drank my water and decided to enjoy my lemonade at home. Chicken ramen was delicious too. Nice and quiet on a Thursday night, only two other tables of people. Got a side of teriyaki chicken hibachi and steak hibachi and it was perfectly flavored and tender. Only complaint is that I haven't gone here sooner. read more

She, my husband, and I shared pork dumplings that were folded in a steamed bun like taco that was so flavorful with a crunch of refreshing cucumber. Then w each got different ramen bowls and were all really happy with the flavor. I was particularly impressed with the strips of pork belly that had a terrific sear which added a crunchiness that was to die for! An amazing little Ramen joint! The staff were so friendly and attentive. We ordered lychee, grapefruit and peach bubble tea, goyoza dumpling, mega pork tonKatsu Ramen and black garlic Ramen. All food and drink was very delicious and you can tell the broth was homemade. The Ramen bowls are massive, and they hold so much food. It was very filling, the pictures are deceiving. As a sucker for a good ramen place, I've been not so patiently awaiting the opening of My Ramen. When it did, I was ready! So glad this place has come to our side of town. The folks here are super sweet! Some people in our party had questions about the menu, and they were very helpful. There's a huge variety of options on the menu. Within our group, we had the ramen, yakisoba, hibachi, teriyaki chicken and various boba teas. Everything arrived quickly and was amazing! And huge! It's a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion. The total for my portion of the bill (yakisoba, teriyaki chicken kids meal, and two boba teas, plus tip) was around $40. Definitely going to head back over there to try some other goodies!! read more

We had high hopes for My Ramen after seeing good reviews. We went on a Saturday night around 7:00pm. We were one of three families eating so they weren't busy at all. My major complaint was the chicken Habachi dinner. It was gross, flavorless chicken and stale tasting fried rice. We hate returning meals but we literally only took a bite and couldn't swallow. We told the waitress we didn't want the meal. She told us we had to still pay even though we didn't iked it, no big deal but almost refused to take the plate off the table. We also ordered the pan fried gyoza app and it came out fried on only one side like they didn't even flip it. Tasted decent. We ordered garlic ramen that was also okay, not the best we have had. I've had greater experiences other places, won't be back unfortunately. read more

Food was not that great tso chicken was covered in sauce.it was overwhelming. A good dish gone bad.the teriyaki chicken was ok. To me it was over cooked. Maybe twice cooked. The food here is amazing! Everything I have tried from here has been great! Their ramen is delicious and has the prettiest presentation! For the portion sizes, it's very cheap! The service here is alright! There are not many staff and they have to do a lot around the restaurant, but the food always comes out quickly. Pretty good! WAY better than Sabu Ramen. Staff was very attentive. A super loud and obnoxious customer came in about half my through my meal and the staff handled him beautifully. Found My Ramen through reviews and decided to stop by for lunch. This restaurant is fairly new and took over the old Pizza Hut building. The service was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my waitress was fully attentive throughout my meal. I ordered the chicken teriyaki lunch special, and chose fried rice and a salad (soup or salad, and choice of white rice or fried included for lunch.) I also wanted to try a fruit tea and my server recommended the peach oolong tea as it's a popular choice. The tea was very good! I enjoyed the flavor and other customers recommended I try the mango tea next time. The salad was ok, your typical premade salad mix with a white dressing which was entirely too sweet for my liking. I would skip the salad. My entree did not take long to come out and it was good! You can definitely taste the teriyaki but I felt the chicken was a little too dry, and the sauce was very sweet, so I would probably try another dish next time. Overall, I'd definitely return to give My Ramen another shot. They are known for their ramen so that's what I'd go for. read more

Although we had the place to ourselves, a nice waitress, and know of its good reviews, our experience didn't merit that standard. Our server was friendly but English was poor so it was difficult learning about the food options. We both wanted to try the ramen. Prices averaged $15, A little steep for a soup bowl at lunch. I said I didn't like soy sauce. She recommended the shoyu ramen. Later learned "shoyu" means "soy", she gave the opposite of the one I was choosing between (she said "shio" was soy). When it came, the broth color was off-putting- a yellow/white (was hoping for a clear broth). The flavor was extremely "fishy" though I knew it was pork broth. Besides the strong seaweed, there must have been bonita flakes & fish sauce added. The black fungus was fine, the veggies & egg were fine. Ramen cooked great. Overall flavor was "yuck". I also learned that you can pay extra for add-ons. Things included in other ramen places were missing. My friend wanted the chicken ramen but she was delivered Chicken Yakisoba. This is a fatter ramen that has been fried in a pan with vegetables. Very few vegetables and LOTS of salt. It was the better of our 2 dishes. I ordered a $5 caramel macchiato to go (their small, but called medium). It was delicious but they couldn't tell me what kind of milk was in it. My meal and coffee to go was $25. Neither of us will likely be back. Too many ramen places I like better. read more

Expectedly underwhelming. Ramen was bland and missing half the ingredients listed on the menu. The yakisoba was just Chinese take out lo-mein. Gyozo was frozen, not house made. The owners used to run a Chinese takeout place so not surprisingly the flavors were not traditional at all. Would have given more stars if the prices were not so inflated and portions small. For much better prices and quality try oksumi or sabu. read more

I had a Saturday lunch with a few friends. Two of us had Chicken Katsu, one had Ramen, one had Hibachi Chicken. We also had spring rolls and Gyoza appetizers. Everything was superb. The service was very good, and fast. The portion sizes were very good, honestly I was surprised at the portion sizes for the price. Delicious food, and a great value!
