If I could give 0 stars I would. We were backed into and our car needed a new door. This place…read moreordered the wrong door so it took 5 days longer and our rental car insurance expired leaving us without a car and no cost was knocked off. Hardly an apology. Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. But we are so fortunate they have offered to have us bring the car back to get it vacuumed out. Terrible service all around

My estimate was 1600$ to repair a huge dent in my Lexus. The actual bill ended up being 1300$. Not only was the bill way under budget but the work was beautiful. I arrived to a truck that had at least 10 different issues with the body. To say the least I was very sorry I wasted my time for the 30 min drive. Then the next day I get text after text about how good his deal is which is crazy because I wouldn't buy that truck ever with all the issues with the body.

Wish I could comment on the work that they did, but the insurance totaled the car. I can comment on…read morehow helpful they were. They were quick to get the quote into the insurance company. It took the insurance company forever to get back with them. I checked in at one point and they were surprised that I had not heard from insurance. They told me, without telling me directly, that needed to contact my company. Who knows how much longer I would have waited if they didn't let me kind of know what was going on.

Let me say this is for the service department Jon in service has done a phenomenal job…read more I recently moved here from California and this place is a night and day difference from my previous dealer. Diesel service isn't cheap but let's give some perspective I had a oil change 12 qts and 2 fuel filters changed and the beat old dealers price by 80 dollars and my old dealer the oil change was free I paid the difference on synthetic I had an alternator problem which was covered under warranty john made sure I had a rental it took a second visit which is fine sometimes electrical can be tricky I had to travel outside of the state I am in the military john had the truck waiting for me at my work ready to go and even offered to send a shuttle to my house which is 30 miles from the dealership I am having aftermarket cab lights installed and during the process there were just not up to standard he made some calls to get oem lights and get it done over night and keep the price were it needed to be why not because they couldn't or wouldn't there were worried about wiring quality down the road That's what's important making sure it gets done right and for the right reasons and working to keep it on quote Oh by the way prepaid oil change they are offering is a heck of a deal you should check it out

The Kool Toyota Body Shop was dismissive, rude, and confrontational. The customer service…read moresurpassed disappointing and was unacceptable as the employee became hostile. The demeanor is a true safety concern and intolerable for a business environment. This correlates to a new car purchase. We paid to order a new vehicle and upon arrival, a different one was presented, one with decals all over the body. Instead of offering to make it right and get the car we paid to secure, they only offered to remove the stickers, which damaged the paint and left the vehicle covered in scratches. They have yet to make it right or take responsibility for their dishonest business practices. The experience at Kool Toyota from a new vehicle purchase to service was disappointing. Carefully consider giving Kool Toyota your business as you may have the same experience we did.
