I've had issues in service before, but they always work hard to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. They have found creative ways to leverage my Ford loyalty to save thousands (literally) on repairs. Diesel service isn't cheap but let's give some perspective I had a oil change 12 qts and 2 fuel filters changed and the beat old dealers price by 80 dollars and my old dealer the oil change was free I paid the difference on synthetic I had an alternator problem which was covered under warranty john made sure I had a rental it took a second visit which is fine sometimes electrical can be tricky I had to travel outside of the state I am in the military john had the truck waiting for me at my work ready to go and even offered to send a shuttle to my house which is 30 miles from the dealership I am having aftermarket cab lights installed and during the process there were just not up to standard he made some calls to get oem lights and get it done over night and keep the price were it needed to be why not because they couldn't or wouldn't there were worried about wiring quality down the road That's what's important making sure it gets done right and for the right reasons and working to keep it on quote Oh by the way prepaid oil change they are offering is a heck of a deal you should check it out

The demeanor is a true safety concern and intolerable for a business environment. This correlates to a new car purchase. We paid to order a new vehicle and upon arrival, a different one was presented, one with decals all over the body. Instead of offering to make it right and get the car we paid to secure, they only offered to remove the stickers, which damaged the paint and left the vehicle covered in scratches. They have yet to make it right or take responsibility for their dishonest business practices. The experience at Kool Toyota from a new vehicle purchase to service was disappointing. Carefully consider giving Kool Toyota your business as you may have the same experience we did.
