From my first contact with her (via email), I appreciated that she was immediately responsive, well organized, and helpful at every stage of the planning (from menu options to setting the table). I don't have a dining table for 10, so she directed me to a party equipment rental service, and I rented the tables and tablecloth for under $50, which worked out perfectly. Chef Keicha did all the shopping, food preparation, and brought an assistant chef and server to the luncheon. From the crab cakes with Louis dressing to the white chocolate creme brûlée dessert, every dish was beautifully presented and beyond delicious. My family raved about the food for weeks.
