I was looking for a private chef in the area and came across Moo Moo's Kitchen. The chef is extremely professional, engaging and responsive.

The cannolis are so delicious I had to eat 2 minis when I got into the car! If there was a downside it is the parking lot, it's very crowded and very difficult getting in and out, drive carful it is worth it!

Doris, You're Beautiful... but My Wallet is in Witness Protection…read more If Whole Foods and an Italian grandma had a love child, it would be Doris Italian Market & Bakery in Coral Springs. The place is gorgeous -- like, "I suddenly care about the proper marbling of a ribeye" gorgeous. You walk in and instantly feel fancier, even if you showed up in gym shorts. Everything here screams quality. The produce looks like it just finished a spa retreat. The deli and meat counters? Absolute showstoppers. The bakery? Let's just say if carbs are a sin, I'm ready for eternal damnation. They bake everything in-house, and you can taste the pride (and probably a little buttered joy) in every bite. I came in hunting for a very specific treasure: Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. I'd bought it here before, and it ruined me for all others. It's got this onion flavor that doesn't overpower -- it just whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds. Publix versions tried to compete, but they're like off-brand perfume: close, but not quite date-night material. Was it $7 a bottle? Yes. Did I still buy two? Also yes. Because once you've had this dressing, you start thinking $7 is a small price to pay for happiness in liquid form. Now, let's talk prices overall. Doris isn't cheap. If you tried to do all your grocery shopping here, your checking account might file for bankruptcy protection. But you get what you pay for -- and in this case, you're paying for quality, presentation, and a faint whiff of "old-world Italian pride." Five stars for the food and quality, four overall because you won't find every everyday item you need... but for meats, fish, deli, and bakery? Doris is absolutely worth it.

We ordered drinks such as the Jingle Juice and food including the chicken schnitzel sliders ,Greek salad and meatball smaller, gnocchi with vodka sauce and pesto pasta. Really great option that they had gluten-free pasta . Be aware on the menu it states to please give them an extra 15 minutes for cooking. Really loved the atmosphere and food was very good! Now, as far as service, I was a little upset once we received the bill. We kindly asked our server why there was a holiday service fee of $69.? She said that was part of the meal and we asked her to clarify, but she said she needed to call the manager. Denise, the manager who was there that night came over and at first when we asked again if this service charge was part of the servers tip, Denise answered that you can add on top of it, but she wasn't answering our question whether or not that $69 would be given to the server or not . ( this also was not mentioned to us when we booked the reservation ) Then all of a sudden our server came around again and told us no that the $69 would not be given to her, and then Denise looked at her and said yes, it will be. Didn't really understand this type of back-and-forth about the bill and whether or not the tip was already included . All they had to do was start off by saying yes the $69 is already part of the server tip and if we would like to, we can add additional if there was great service. Wish the staff would have been clear from the start instead of all the back-and-forth especially with a party of 7 where we already spent over $400 Hoping if we go back, that situation was just a one time issue

So as I was planning my law school graduation party I came to the decision that I would want a…read morecaterer.... now, given that my family has always been known to throw the most amazing parties and always cooked the food ourselves, I was a little nervous on choosing a caterer. As per usual, I yelped. A came across Silver Sac. When looking at the review, there was only 1. So I was a little apprehensive, but I looked at the website and was BLOWN away by what they offered. Immediately, my mother and myself got into contact with Silver Sac, specifically Karin, and thus began the party planning!!! I had a guest list of 80.... and I wanted something a little different... just a cocktail party. And that was what was explained to Karin, and just like that, a menu was emailed and we were sold!!!! Here's the best part.... Silver Sac worked with us and our budget, and were ALWAYS available to talk. I mean, I sent probably 1000 emails back and forth to Karin, and she always responded. My theme was black and white stripes, and yellow.... which Silver Sac provided yellow flowers on each food tray. There were to be 4 servers and a bartender. On the day of my party, the whole team arrived approximately 2 hours before the party started. They set up EVERYTHING!!! We provided the booze and desserts. They provided, everything else. My favorite part, was that there was a signature drink that I created called the Verdict, an orange, basil mojito! It was great. The team consisted of a chef, 4 servers and a bartender. Dean, basically the ring leader, was sooooo attentive. I can't even explain how awesome he was, always making sure I got all the appetizers and timing. Fantastic!! Let's get down to business though.... the food. Here is what I had: Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Colored Tortillas Sauteed Artichokes Bottoms with Herb Beurre Blanc Roasted Vegetable Napoleons with Pesto Drizzle Seared Ahi Tuna Skewers with Wasabi Aioli, Black & White Sesame Seeds Smoked Salmon on Gauphrette Chip, Lemon Crème Fraiche and Dill Grilled Baby "Lollipop" Lamb Chops with Fresh Mint Sauce Tiny, Petit Filet Mignon on Croustade , Gorgonzola Sauce and Herb Garnish Open-Face, Bite-Size Cheeseburgers with Crispy Shallot Rings and Ketchup Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with Basil Remoulade Maine Lobster in Savory Waffle Cones with Fresh Citrus and Avocado Shrimp Scampi-Style Madras Curry Chicken Kebobs with Cucumber-Mint Raita Enough food for EVERYONE!!!!! I tried every single thing, except for the artichoke bottoms.... unfortunately being the guest of honor prevents you from getting to everything. But, at one point in the party, I asked Dean if I could get a cheeseburger because I hadn't gotten one... and Dean, being as awesome as he is, provided me with an individual plate of 4 lamb chops, and 4 mini cheeseburgers. I can't even tell you what was my favorite... but everyone was raving about the food. So fresh, so hot, so perfect!! Hands down the best catering service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional service.

Thanks to the caterer, Silver Sac. I've had Silver Sac catering on several other occasions including my own mom's wedding, passover, and other holidays/bdays! Karen, the brains behind Silver Sac, always does a fabulous job of catering to the crowd, including tonight's scantily clad teenagers. If you need a caterer Silver Sac is by far the best I've come across in South Florida. And you may want to fast before any meal catered by them because there is always tons of food.
