I'd like to express how impressed I am with My Plumber. We had a problem with our Mega Flo System; we previously had the Manufacturer's recommended Team come out and look at the system who were only prepared to solve the problem on a short term basis and were very rushed. When the system went wrong a few weeks later, I called My Plumber, a local organisation. Initially Paula answered the phone, not only was she very polite, she took a very comprehensive diagnosis of the problems from me. She then recommended that she send Rob, an engineer who has been specifically trained to deal with Mega Flo. One huge advantage of using a local firm, not only did I speak to real people instead of an automated system, the Engineer was able to come out that day and Paula gave me a two hour time frame when he would arrive. Rob, was also extremely polite and helpful. He seemed very confident that he knew what the problems were. He got the system running although he advised that to make the system more efficient two modifications had to be made to the system. I was a little sceptical and thought that the remedial works could be carried out as and when. We found that the system was working well below par. I then e-mailed to get things sorted out and this time I had extremely prompt, polite and efficient e-mail correspondence with Angela. A quote was sent by Paula and the parts were obtained very quickly. It was great to have the same engineer back and Rob carried out the remedial work and we are delighted with the result. We now have a system that is much more efficient and lots of lovely hot water and the who things is working so much better than when we moved into the house. Have had quality of service issues. took off a radiator and left the pipe end without a security screw. just came back last night to find a leak coming from the radiator through the dining room ceiling. what a nightmare. Have also had to call them back to re fix a leak in one of the basins, also leaked through the ceiling into one of the rooms. Dont think they do a tidy job either, too expensive for the service. they were very very untidy with the sealers in the basin they refit, rushed job esthetically (plus did not fix it properly as mentioned above) Will not call them again, except to claim my money back for the leak! read more

Dan, from My Plumber, has done an excellent job today of replacing our lavatory. He has now done several jobs for us, some at my daughter's house and now here at our new home and I cannot praise his work highly enough. He is totally professional and will not leave a job unless he entirely satisfied that he has completed it to his own high standard. My Plumber have recently replaced both our boiler and refurbished the kitchen. The quality of work was consistently good, and they were both highly reliable, responsive and friendly to deal with, as were the office staff. The kitchen refurbishment included new oak worktops, matching skirting boards and rejigging some of the cabinets to take new equipment. We are really pleased with the result ending up with essentially a new look and better structured kitchen at a fraction of the cost and upheaval of stripping out the kitchen and starting afresh. read more

I am very happy with My Plumber Ltd and the work they have recently completed refurbishing my London flat. This involved fitting a complete new kitchen and installing a new central heating boiler. They were efficient and tidy throughout and all the work was completed on schedule, even though it included the Christmas holiday period!
