They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.

All of the technicians were kind and accomodating. I got a light/medium pressure for my massage. I did my entire body. Everyone paid attention to detail. From the website photos they showed a beautiful view of the ocean through the balcony door (see attached photo). What I got was a 3rd floor room which was not only too low to see the ocean but had a blue film on the outside of the glass balcony door (see photo). In top of that, the "balcony" was barely large enough to step onto much less sit and enjoy the "ocean view". But it didn't really matter because the balcony door didn't open. I called the front desk and was told "sorry there's film on the glass and the balcony door can't be open because we're under construction." That would have been useful information when I booked the room and when I checked in. The manager agreed to waive the resort fee which I appreciate but it doesn't make up for the fact that this hotel willfully withholds the fact that a construction project is under way.

And let's not forget the 7 AM fire alarm testing--because who doesn't want to be jolted awake bright and early? At least you'll be up in time to watch the sunrise. This place feels like a complete bait and switch with zero regard for their guests' experience. Total disrespect for paying customers. The only redeeming quality? The staff was friendly. But that alone won't make up for this disaster of a stay.

There was no effort to resolve the situation, no apology beyond "sorry," and no consideration for the time and effort I had already spent to get there. Extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Save yourself the time and money -- do not go here.
