The roofing representative went up on the roof and took 65 pictures. I was shocked! 30+ shingles were missing and numerous others had cracked and separated. The ridge cap on one roof section had split at the crown for that entire section, creating a 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide opening. We've used St. Joseph's multiple times in the past and were always satisfied with the work. Unfortunately, we will not be calling on St. Joseph's in the future.

Samantha set up a time and Marius called to confirm it and both were very knowledgeable with my questions. They even sent a text/email reminder and it was followed up with a text and a personal email from the owner with his contact information. Marius and Max showed up on time, checked the whole roof and fixed the shingle that had a nail pop. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are.
