Monica was amazing!…read more She was responsive both on yelp and via email. She clearly explained the process and form that we needed. She was able to make a change to the form at our request. She even printed the form out for our appointment, which was super convenient because it saved us a trip to print it ourselves as we don't have a printer. Her price was super reasonable and straightforward and she was able to accommodate our schedule and come to our home on a Saturday morning. Once she arrived, it was quick and professional, and she was even patient with our cat who was obsessed with her and kept trying to crawl into her bag! We definitely recommend Monica for any documents that you need notarized!

Super friendly, efficient, and professional -- made the whole process stress-free. Funny thing is, we've walked by this place so many times and never gone in... and now I'm kicking myself for it! Tons of fun, quirky, and thoughtful gifts -- perfect for friends, family, or just treating yourself. Highly recommend checking it out. Whether you need to ship something, get a notary, or just browse for unique gifts, Mail Run has way more to offer than you'd expect!

I learned a lesson today: order through the UPS website instead of going directly to a franchise…read morelocation. I had my design ready online but realized there wasn't a print-to-pickup option, so I figured it would be easier to simply go into the store. I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.

I went back my next drop off and asked for a receipt for everything I was dropping off. I was told "no, they don't give receipts for drop offs" I politely told the lady that I have had two packages go missing from that location and need a receipt as it's not a problem to get a receipt at ANY OTHER shipping place. She proceeded with they don't give receipts and there was nothing she could do. How is this okay? If they weren't scanned in by you and usps never received it? Now it looks real shady that you don't give receipts, because now I believe that this place takes your dropped off packages and keeps them. I guess to protect myself and my personal business customers I have no other choice than to go somewhere else.
