No don't have this person do any forms for you regarding estate. She was using outdated forms from 2013 also never completed the forms as well. Charge me $130 fee to fill out 3 forms and none of them was done correctly had to do them myself. Then calls me a fraud when I had asked for a refund because of the outdated forms and non completed form and missed spellings on all of them. She is not professional at all. If you need a notary just for signatures I'm sure she is fine but don't have her do any of your forms Update here is a copy of the email she sent to me. This is how professional this person is. All I had asked is for her to make it right. She refused to respond to my emails until I sent in the review. Here is a copy of what she sent to me I sent you an email. I called Anna's Mobile Notary service and she was across town but yet made a same day appointment to come over to get some documents notarized. She was very friendly and professional. As a licensed Real Estate agent myself, I know how you can never please everyone and in looking at the one star reviews there is always two sides to the story. Don't let those one star reviews stop you from using her services as she knows whats she doing. Some of these people just like to complain if they are trying to do something that isn't legal and most professionals won't provide them the services, so they post a bad review. It's been over three years since we used this notary. I had bookmarked her so I could leave a review, but events happened and I just forgot. My mother was in the hospital and needed to sign a new POA so my brother and I could pay her bills and access her accounts to keep her mortgage paid since she had been hospitalized for months and was going to be there a while. Anna responded so quickly and met with us at the hospital. We were able to get the new POA signed and take care of our mothers bills. Unfortunately, our mom died only a few weeks later which caused the POA to no longer be valid and caused a million more issues and therefore I was not even thinking to write a review. But as I recently found this bookmark, I wanted to make sure to let people know how professional and responsive Anna was. I was beyond stressed with everything happening in life and so grateful for Anna being so kind and willing to meet at the hospital to help us. I recently requested Anna to provide Notary services so that we could provide better care for our Handicapped Daughter who cannot care for herself. When Anna learned that she had the mental capacity of a 3yr old, she opted not to provide Notary service. I am appalled at Anna violating my Daughters Civil Rights and thinking only of herself. What disappoints me most, is that this person who claims to have an MBA, didn't even try to show up and ask my Daughter questions. I called Anna in the early morning, even though she may not have picked up right away; she returned my call within a minute. I explained to her what I needed notarized and that I wouldn't be able to leave work to meet her. She said it wasn't a problem. She informed me that she had an appointment early in the morning, but would work me in soon after. After reviewing several reviews on Google, I contacted Anna. From the start, she was very professional and was able to provide her mobile notary services on the weekend day and time specified. She also is bilingual (she speaks both english and spanish), so that was very helpful as well. Anna arrived on time and was EXTREMELY thorough. I thought it might take her 20 - 30 minutes to notarize five (5) documents in my boyfriend's mom's Living Trust, but instead, she was there for over an hour. She went through the entire Living Trust and made sure that my boyfriend's mom signed (or initialed) and dated each and every page of the large document (even though she did not have to do that). She also knew about Living Trusts, so she had questions for me to make sure everything was done right. Without question, I would use Anna again and recommend her HIGHLY!
