Unfortunately it wasnt too much of an escape as the AC had broken. Highly themed and there was a lady on stilts walking around making balloon animals. And despite the heat, the staff was very friendly and stayed on top of the drinks. The food was pretty mid though. Largely tasted like classic Sysco food with a premium price tag. They have a concession stand on the first floor with popcorn, candy and drinks. The view from center balcony was pretty good and I can say that no secrets of how they do the show were revealed. No "oops I saw the trap door". The show itself was entertaining with a few "wow! How did he do that moments". My husband likes doing magic card tricks and was impressed by a few of tricks, and he's a hard critic lol. The kids loved it.

When our wedding day came…read morewe arrived as agreed, the decorations were setup as agreed in the contract, and the officiant was there. That's the only positives I can give. Once I paid the reverend the balance for our service it was like a race to the finish line for him. He was pushy toward my bride and her family. Wouldn't wait on my 10 year old son and 6 year old bonus daughter, who were 10-15 min late and IN THE WEDDING, at all so I luckily had a friend present who was able to stand in because if I wanted to wait then the wedding was "canceled." We had family come in from long ways to be with us that day and it was not at all what we expected. If we did it over again, we'd marry at the courthouse and have a nice reception on the beach!

His professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude make him an absolute pleasure to work with, and our guests consistently rave about the experience he creates. For over four hours, he seamlessly kept the event flowing without a single dull moment. From coordinating speeches and recognitions to managing karaoke and heartfelt farewell messages, he handled every detail flawlessly. What impressed me most was his ability to adapt on the fly. We intentionally "winged it" at times, and Mario effortlessly filled every gap, keeping the energy high and the event moving naturally. He anticipated what was needed before anyone even had to ask.
