I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. things I was quoted on when first calling that weren't done: never touched the cupboards, just wiped down the 6ft of counter, did little if any wiping down of walls, windows were washed after they requested we take the screens off to save time, a neighbor came back, washed down the trim and sills and vacuumed the curtains before putting screens back on, ceiling fans weren't touched, mopboards weren't done, there are still BIG cobwebs in the corners by the table, they refused to do the walk in tub because of mold. It was actually bad soap scum and the neighbor cleaned it for them ( took 1/2 hr) shower rod was thick with dust and cobwebs, sink wasn't cleaned and I doubt if they did the toilet. I don't think they moved a thing, just dusted around it. When I said I would never hire them again, they said they would reduce the price. I agreed with $250, down from the $450 quote. when it was settled they contacted me and asked to change my review, which is why they have high reviews

I was busy working and did not look at the windows, after they left I realize the windows were still dirty in a few areas and extremely streaky.I then put off having them clean the windows again for sometime. They returned todayand I opted to have the windows cleaned, explaining to the two gentlemen that the last time they were rather streaky still. He apologized and they cleaned the windows. Once they were done they handed me a bill for $20. I explained to the gentleman that I paid 15 last time and I was actually told it would be 12 every time. He said they have charged me 20 the last time they were there and that is what they always church. I told him no I paid 15 and I'm positive of that to which he got very rude and said no we charge you 20. He continued to be rude and argue with me so I simply gave him the $20 and send him along his way, asking him to never return again. Once he left the building I realized I had the receipt from the previous cleaning showing it was $15. So I walked out to his car and showed him the receipt, to which he had nothing to say, because clearly I was correct. The sinks needed a little more love as well. When I walked into the house after they cleaned it, it smelled clean and fresh! All trash was thrown away and taken care of- nothing to do on my end! They were very professional and time efficient. Safe products were used for my baby and dog. They were quick to respond with the scheduling process. Covid safety measures were in place by staff which is so important to me during this time. Could not be happier.
