Dr. Stroud will work with you to do everything he can; he cares about his patients. It took until December to have sinus surgery but that was the fault of insurance; his staff knew exactly what codes to use/routes to take to achieve the best possible outcome and still went above and beyond during surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and his staff enough!

Then he redone my CT for my sinus and seen that Dr Marrero basically done nothing. So I will be having my sinus surgery REDONE. Dr Marrero is at central arkansas ENT. I seen he got a review here but this is not his office.

My wife arrived 15 minutes early for her 1pm appointment and checked in (she's had appointments…read morehere over the last few months). There were 2 people already seated, so I imagine they were early also. Just b4 1, 8 more people arrived and checked in. At 1:01, doctor assistants came forward and began calling names. Cool, things are moving fast. By 1:10, the entire room was empty and we were still sitting. Huh? Then, several of those people began coming out. Their appt was over? Then two more came out. By this time, another person came into the office and checked in? it was 1:20. Two minutes later, the person who just checked in was called back. Needless to say that by this time, she and I were just over it. About 5 minutes later, after the room was empty (again), she was finally called back. Second, we have been to this place before but it has been some years now and they may have had some real challenges with certain cultures and handled it the way they handled it. Yet some situations are self-induced due to an adverse response to those past challenges which have not been overcome...especially with today's climate. Not a good experience comcerning the front desk, at least not during this visit. Yet my wife says her visit with the doctor was exceptional!!

On my way home I get this text (I live an hour away).: "Connie, I just wanted to let you know that your frame is on back order. The website does not say when it will be in. I just wanted to give you a heads up." Sorriest, most unprofessional bunch of goofballs I have ever met! No further assistance given to me. I should have written this 9 months ago when they had me take my glasses to the grinder, then pick them up! Should gave been handled in their office, not the customer doing their job for them!

I especially want to thank KELLIE for helping me last week ordering new glasses. I literally bought the frames she was wearing and didn't intend on buying a new pair but just replacing lenses in frames I already had. No pressure to buy a new pair at all but she was so helpful, gracious and professional, I felt very comfortable making a decision to give myself a new frame. She also made it easy to order new lenses to go in my old pair for a backup. She saved me money and being almost 80 was really appreciated! Who doesn't like saving money?!
