Dr. Stroud will work with you to do everything he can; he cares about his patients. It took until December to have sinus surgery but that was the fault of insurance; his staff knew exactly what codes to use/routes to take to achieve the best possible outcome and still went above and beyond during surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and his staff enough!

But my thyroid he told me was enlarged because I am overweight..... I weigh less than 150. So I searched for someone new and found Dr Stroud who ended up putting me on medication for my thyroid. Then he redone my CT for my sinus and seen that Dr Marrero basically done nothing. So I will be having my sinus surgery REDONE. Dr Marrero is at central arkansas ENT. I seen he got a review here but this is not his office.

They referred me to My Hearing Centers in Conway. When I contacted them they asked me where I got the hearing aid. When I told them they informed me that there would be an "adoption fee" since I was not the original owner. The "adoption fee" would be $250.00 for a one year time period. WHAT? I own the hearing aid . . . and they want a $250.00 fee to "adopt" what I already own! There was also going to be the normal charges for the hearing test and calibrating of the aid. What mercenaries!
