Dr. Stroud will work with you to do everything he can; he cares about his patients. It took until December to have sinus surgery but that was the fault of insurance; his staff knew exactly what codes to use/routes to take to achieve the best possible outcome and still went above and beyond during surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and his staff enough!

All of walls in need of painting-badly, a lot of self-printed signage taped to the reception window and walls, and the art work looks like it was bought from a 1950's motel or a flea market. The staffing leaves some room for improvement. The front office person was not friendly and left for 12 minutes after we arrived, returned to check our temperatures and to tell me what to do with the paperwork and then left again without returning while we were there. There was no way to contact the other staff if we had needed any help. The lab person talked rapidly and when I said I didn't think my husband could understand her or hear her, she saw him stop at the room and said "I think he heard me". The APRN was wearing a fuzzy, worn shirt and a lab coat with the elbows shredded, and stained collar. The one plus was that we didn't wait long to be seen.

On April 3rd I called to find out what was taking so long. "Oh they have been in you can stop by." This was 2 weeks after my original appointment. They were miss labeled. The left was labeled right and the right labeled left. After a few days, I discovered this error. I brought this to their attention and acted as if I had done something wrong. I was not able see out of them in the correct eyes either. I called and went in for another visit. Those trials were not any better. I still could not see in the distance. They were ordering me another pair of trials. After a week, all I want now is my original prescription and move on. But they still cannot do that either. It took them 2 days after several calls to get that emailed to me.
