Dr. Stroud will work with you to do everything he can; he cares about his patients. It took until December to have sinus surgery but that was the fault of insurance; his staff knew exactly what codes to use/routes to take to achieve the best possible outcome and still went above and beyond during surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and his staff enough!

Then he redone my CT for my sinus and seen that Dr Marrero basically done nothing. So I will be having my sinus surgery REDONE. Dr Marrero is at central arkansas ENT. Then I was prescribed a crossover hearing aid. I did not like it. I TRIED IT for 7 days. I was told I would have 30 days to decide and would get a full refund. Not so. I returned within 10 days. They keep the $250 that they tell you is non refundable because most people I was told by billing office don't return a hearing aid and it is what you agree to initially order it. This is a $250 rip off by this office. Very unhappy. Also their patient portal is not user friendly. Don't recommend.
