Over the last few months, my dog had several infections from the original surgery, and my vet determined that his body was rejecting the implanted plate. We tried several rounds of antibiotics to no avail. I finally arranged for Dr. Fields to see him to evaluate him and remove the plate and screws. Today, I dropped him off for this surgery, and it was truly a day filled with concern for my dog and compassion and graciously generosity for the work they did, how the kept me updated throughout the day, and just overall how they treated me and my pup. I am forever grateful. I know there were some new people, but the staff that worked with me previously came out to greet me and welcome me, and they were INCREDIBLE. One came out to share how her dog had gone through the same and gave me tremendous hope that my boy will be running again in a few weeks without the pain he's struggled with for months. I hope I don't need their surgery services again, but if I do, and am confident I will feel good about returning.

This isn't going to be pleasant.... (My wife brought my…read moredaughter hasn't been feeling well for a couple of days now, so we decided to take her here. ) They got there around 10:30, but had to wait till 12:15 to be seen since there is only one doctor available. The doctor wasn't very throughly helping her out since her oxygen levels were not at par last night. He says there nothing wrong, my wife said ok your the doctor. (Mind you my wife took her vitals last night with her being an EMR.) The doctor says per covid guidelines I can't give you anything, except for Tami flu. Now mind you she is 100lbs 4'8. So the doctor gave here a z-pack, and doxycycline. Then they asked if we wanted to do a chest x-ray. My Daughter said ok to that. Then the staff said the Tech wasn't there to do it right now, hopefully she'll be back. Key word "hopefully". So they wait and wait another hour goes by, and they tech is back. By now they been here a long time, and my daughter is fading. She needs to go home and sleep. But now the staff said the x-ray machine needs to be shut down. Hmmm so which is it. The Tech wasn't in or the machine is overheating? Any way all in all they got caught in a lie, and started arguing with my wife. Needless to say they passed on the x-rays and left. I do not recommend this place. Not even your dog.

Worst experience and the rudest people to deal with. Do not take your children to these people…read morethey will give you the run around and I will tell everyone about the rudest most unprofessional employees that MedExpress has. I specifically wish to share with you about my experience with Ebony and Johanna. My eight year old daughter was showing possible symptoms of Covid. I called MedEpress to make an appoint to get her seen as it is my understanding that they are available after hours and on Sundays. This is what happened: My first call I was told by Joanna that I needed to call back in a hour because they were on a break. My call in a hour, I was told by Joanna to call back in another hour because they were busy. I called back in another hour and the phone was not answered. There is no option to leave a message. Their automated system just hung up on me. After more attempts to call them over the next thirty minutes with no answer a employee by the name of Ebony answered the phone and put me on hold for 10 minutes. When she got on the phone she said they were taking a pause, whatever that means, but at 2 pm I could bring my daughter between 4 pm and 6 pm,Unless, I wanted to bring her immediately and wait in the parking lot. Which I could have been told that when I called the first time at 9:30 am. I elected to do that especially since I was under the impression that they proveded express service as indicated by there name. When I arrived I was told that they dont accept my insurance and that I would have to pay $189.00 for the test. Everyone else does not charge for the test. When I mentioned that to Ebony she replied very rudely that " they have always charged for the test". Based on My experience with them to that point I decided to go somewhere else that does not promote corporate greed, Is not rude to their customers and potential patients and does not give thier customers a run around while they are trying to get medical help for their children. I am very dissapointed with the way this company treated us and will make a point of telling everyone I know about this experience and I will specifically mention the name of the rude, none caring employees that MedExpress has.
