The front desk is friendly and providers are just wonderful and professional, with the best bed side manner. The nurse and provider listened to me while I explained what was wrong with me. I was struggling to breathe even though my pulse ox showed a good result. Today I saw a provider at a different urgent care (Chenal urgent care is the place to go to)that listened and cared. He did a chest X-ray that showed really bad bronchial inflammation and gave me a steroid shot. I do not recommend Baptist urgent care even if you think you are dying. They do not care. They are incompetent. Also, someone who works there smells horribly of cigarette smoke. It was floating around everywhere. I know it's an employee bc they came into our room to turn off the machine that was making our room freezing cold and when she came in we got the horrible cigarette smoke smell again

There was a waiting line in ER of 8 ppl. Now don't get me wrong this was on a Sunday, so I'm thinking this will be expedited cause of the NFL Games. After waiting for 15mins in pain. I got my painful ass up and went to Sherwood. By the time I filled out my paper work & handed it back in, they was rolling me to the back in a wheel chair and from the wheelchair to a bed to the X-ray room. Go to SHERWOOD don't go to NORTH METRO untill they do a hiring event and hire more Drs & Staff. I'm so serious .

And she would call the collection agency. Then calls me back to say she told the agency it's paid. I said it wasn't paid, you sent me to collection by your own error. I will NOT allow my credit rating to be affected by your ineptness. So, now I'm waiting for a call from her boss... BTW their fun collection dropped my credit rating 56 points IM NOT HAPPY!

Despite the physical symptoms of bruising and swelling, indicating a sprain or possible break, Amy diagnosed a condition based solely on the fact that I take a particular medication. I disagreed and told her why I take that med and that it was unlikely that I had the condition she diagnosed because that condition wouldn't cause bruising and swelling or the kind of pain I was experiencing. I should've gotten an x-ray. Instead, she insisted on her wrong diagnosis and prescribed a med. She assured me the med was safe and wouldn't cause any problems with my other meds. She was wrong. The med she prescribed can cause organ failure and be potentially fatal when taken with one of my daily meds. Thankfully, the pharmacist caught it. I did not receive competent professional care at this clinic. I did receive a misdiagnosis and a potentially fatal prescription. That's gross negligence, not a minor mistake. I did call the clinic and share my experience. I also called the HQ and provided details. I was told I would would receive a call to further discuss what happened, but the call didn't come.

Besides, on paper they look like they have not been open in 6 years or just simply not review worthy.
