For the most part, the gym seems clean and has wipes for one to clean after oneself. I don't know how frequent the turf area actually receives quality cleaning attention so one may opt to use a mat when on the turf area. The gym offers nutritional portions as well. I actually order a Vegan shake once which is so cool (temperature wise), filling, tasty, and sweet though seemingly contains no natural fruits. The establishment has a variety of seating areas. The massage chairs are quite decent. The men's locker room (including the sauna) is quite decent. The group training room offers a different space to vibe which I think is quite cool. I'm finding the Red Light Therapy to be quite interesting post-shower after a workout. I am observing apparent pleasant changes, with particular regard to a fairly recent (months ago) though quite minor allergic reaction postprandial from an eatery I'll likely not order from again by way of delivery. Even so, during a recent use, I notice the machine administering the Red Light Therapy, appears to have a lot of long strands of hair on its floor and in front of its door. I clean the floor of the machine with a few wet wipes which appear to pick up a lot of filth, then throw them away. A different material aside from wet wipes might be necessary to more easily clean the rubber area of the machine. If not already happening, I think periodically checking on the light bulbs will ensure the machine will have all lights functioning more often than not. I like the gym and make good use of it. The establishment accepts different forms of payment.

You can go get a good smoothie right after the gym. Equipment is very clean the gym is very clean. Our child was incredibly blessed to have incredible teachers who loved and cared for our child during that time. Each classroom was truly filled with love and patience and I do not want the rest of this review to underscore those incredible teachers in my child's classrooms. With that said, As our child approached the age of 3, they received an autism diagnosis. The JCC metro west staff was notified of this diagnosis. 2 weeks after informing the staff of our child's diagnosis, our child was exited from the ECC program with less than 24 hours' notice. Regardless of the circumstances, giving a family less than a day's notice to find alternative childcare is incredibly disruptive and, in our experience, showed a lack of compassion and partnership. As parents, we trusted this program to work with us through challenges. Instead, we were left scrambling overnight to figure out childcare, work obligations, and next steps for our child. The emotional and logistical impact on our family was significant. What disappointed us most was not simply the decision itself, but how it was handled. Families deserve clear communication, transparency, and enough notice to make arrangements--especially when young children are involved. If your child has developmental differences or may require additional support, I encourage you to have detailed conversations about the program's ability and willingness to accommodate those needs before enrolling. Our experience left us feeling unsupported during one of the most difficult periods our family has faced. I hope the JCC reviews its policies and communication practices so that no other family experiences the same abrupt transition that we did.

The gym has plenty of equipment. In my experience, there are rare moments when sharing of equipment or waiting for equipment happens. The price of the gym is really good, particularly if seeking an international gym (a gym with international locations). There is not an Anytime Fitness in every country. Yet, after being able to access one on vacation about Tokyo, I think if one has an international itinerary involving a/ location(s) near an Anytime Fitness, the membership price is really good (even considering each location may different in offerings). Plus, the ability to access the gym on one's own, especially with the hours, is really nice. Even so, I prefer the physical key card than the digital card via cellphone. Members get about a 10% discount at Smoothie Kings. There is a common-public locker area where about 54 of the lockers are smaller and bring your own lock (BYOL). There are about 20-ish larger mini-lockers (non-BYOL) [each does not always have a key]. There is a bathroom for individuals that may be seeking bars with a seat in the shower. The other shower bath room has no seat though bars. Two bathrooms do not have showers. Automatic sprayers (air fresheners) in the bathrooms tend to be overhead near the doors. As a person that really puts in improving good effort to care for my overall well-being, I prefer not having chemicals (in this instance, from air fresheners) in my vicinity. There are non-toxic space fresheners.
