I think it needs more activities included in their packages, we went for a birthday party and the gym area was pretty open and comfortable but felt like after 15 minutes kids would love to try some circuit, maybe see any TV with instructions or something! I did like that the staff was present throughout the session. It was kind of rush in between parties, so while they finished eating the staff did tell the kids that their time was up so I would suggest maybe working on a time management sheet or something! The place was clean and open. One of my nieces fell and then the Staff gave everybody socks, which in a way should be included if you ask me! read more

We planned our 3 year old's birthday here, and it went perfectly! The space is perfect for kids of all ages - there's so much space for the kids to run around, and lots of equipment for them to climb on, balance on and slide down. Basically a godsend for a parent of an extremely energetic child with a winter birthday. The workers were really involved with the kids and made sure they were having lots of fun, allowing many of the parents to chat with each other in between running around with their kids. This business is AMAZING! I was a member here for 3 years and my child learned so much! This gave her a first outlet into a group setting with other kids, so much Socialization, great physical skills that helped build her strength and stamina and endurance. She also practiced listening skills, & patience. I truly believe that My Gym helped to make her the little "social butterfly" she is today! As a mom the business impressed me constantly! It was clean, organized the staff was amazing and I trusted them completely! The skills/ program change weekly so my child was never bored! My Gym has always felt like a second home, and I would Definitely suggest trying them out! They have birthday parties, classes and events! They are always so accommodating! read more

My 3 kids (and I) have been attending Mygym classes in Stamford with Laura and Jen for years...they are both incredible and have become household names for us! I would highly recommend them and their classes/programs to all kids and parents alike! I've even incorporated some of their teachings into my own routine at home with my little ones! Both ladies (and the entire staff) have great energy, attitudes, patience, and are extremely nuturing and loving to all the littles, each and every time. I also love their professionalism, and would entrust them 100% for the care of my children. Jen and Laura, along with the entire Mygym staff have made the gym such a playful, and exciting place to visit! We've been attending weekly classes with our toddler for about a month now. We love it here. The staff do a great job of rearranging the indoor gym equipment so we never see the same set up twice. There's a small ball pit, parallel bars, a couple of slides, a jungle gym thing, trampoline, small climbing wall area, and a sectioned off area dedicated to parties with toddler height tables and benches set up. There's also a bunch of hooks where they latch on rings, silks, etc for various instructor assisted activities, as well as a small zip line (which I have yet to see in action!) We had our daughters 3rd birthday party here via their 20 child package (forget what they call it) and it was great. The teachers are all extremely engaging and really enjoy their work. They usually order the cake from Stop n Shop but the weekend of our party the Stop n Shop employees were on strike! Totally didn't have to worry though because the staff made alternative arrangements for the cake included in our package without us having to worry about it. Most parents who attended were a fan of the place too (and we had a lot of pizza leftover but that's always a plus). They order from Bronx House Pizza who did a good job on the pies. Soooo much less headache than inviting an army of kids and adults to the house and doing all the clean up afterwards... Shout out to Miss Laura and Miss Kelsey for their super engaging and energetically led class at 11am on Saturdays! read more

Such a cute place for kids just to be set free! Laura is so sweet and so welcoming. My son had so much fun. It's got things to climb, slides, Laura set timers for fun things, music and much more. All the kids can just go and she has somewhat small classes and age groups. I will definitely be coming back for Saturdays! read more

We just attended a five year old's birthday party here and it was so warm, fun and well organized. The staff were friendly and kept things moving but also gave plenty of space for kids to warm up socially or direct their own play. The facility is spacious, bright, clean and well cared for. Thank you My Gym for hosting the most magical, special, and FUN 2nd Birthday Party for our daughter. All of the children had a blast swinging, playing games, zip lining and riding Thomas the Train. I especially loved all of the special attention that was lavished upon my little 2 year old, most of all the "Birthday March". All of our family and friends had such a wonderful time--hands down the most fun kid birthday party around! A special shout out to Joe and Emily for their special attention to the little details that made the day so wonderful-- thanks to all of your hard work the party was executed flawlessly with little to no effort on my part. We hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday party at My Gym and it was perfect. The staff was outstanding. They engaged the children in fun-filled activities, customized the games, music, etc. to the theme of the party (Dora the Explorer). Great staff, very bright and personable. I wound up not signing up for a membership but I plan on it once my son is a little older. They were very reasonable in price. They even allowed us to try out the class for free and when I said I wanted to wait to try the other class, they weren't pushy and offered another trial when I am ready. read more

I went there with my 18 month old daughter who was v shy before and it's been just over a month that I see a remarkable change in her. She loves going there and participating in every activity. The staff, especially Danielle and Joe are v hardworking and friendly with the kids . They make sure every child gets proper attention and is having fun during the class. After recent renovations this place is a stunner. My daughter loves the ball pit and gymnastics equipment, but she loves the teachers more. If you have kids and you want the best place in the area for kids then this is it. There's a ton to do and they change the inside of the gym every week building new stuff that makes my daughter think we're at a new "Hi-Hi's" (her name for My Gym) each week.
