Parking does come at an extra cost. That is a bummer. And breakfast isn't included. They do have what water dispensers in the lobby. I kept filling up my bottles. Snacks are also for your enjoyment. My room was very clean and comfortable. It became my home for 3 nights.. Overall, I would stay here again for my next visit.

Seemed like a nice place complete with a kitchen and large ceilings that truly made it feel like a festive space. Restrooms were clean also. Beautiful place to roam!…read more We've driven by the entrance so many times, and I always wondered what was behind the gate. We stopped by Sunday afternoon and parked, fairly empty lot, planning to take the longer unpaved trail and knowing virtually nothing about the estate. When we ended up back at the estate we were very pleasantly surprised. The unpaved trail was just okay, but the grounds surrounding the estate are so lovely. Little paths everywhere, sweet garden areas, a large green yard, and beautiful trees. Looked like there was a lot more to see next visit. Really a fantastic estate. Seems like a fabulous place for an event and definitely an enjoyable spot to wander on a lazy afternoon.

Lisa Marie was great each time we met and especially during the event. She help set up our table runners (you have to bring your own) and helped with last minute decorations we brought in. There were a couple times during our email communication where she was a tad slow to respond and I had to follow up with the same question but she did respond to each inquiry and was courteous each time. It's a no frills space but would definitely use again.

Clean & Organized | Friendly staff | Awesome play cafe…read more This is an excellent play cafe that was well thought out. Best for kids ages 0-10yrs/12yrs. The moment you step in, the space feels open and organized. You sign in and purchase $10 per hour on their tablets at the front. A wristband is printed out for you to use during your visit. Use that wristband to order things from the cafe (*No outside food other than water and formula/milk*), which makes the process seamless. We paid $20 for two hours, and we made excellent use of our play time! I highly recommend spending 2 hours because we played in every space for about 1.5hrs and the rest was spent snacking/lunch time. A 30 minute grace period is given when your time is up to clock out. Snacks/meals are on a separate tablet/kiosk for you to order. I'd say they have the best foods offered for a play cafe! I have a lot of food allergies, so unfortunately I had to eat outside, but they offer great items. A few items were GF, but they still had dairy (I can't have dairy and eggs), so it may be tricky for some folks who need to plan ahead of time for their food needs. We purchased popcorn, seaweed, chicken nuggets (came with apple juice, blueberries/strawberries, and ketchup), coffee, and a honey lavender matcha! Their drinks are SO GOOD. I want to come back and try an ube drink, a matcha tiramisu latte, and a strawberry matcha latte. Other items on their menu that is unique here: croffles and katsu sandwiches. Dessert: tiramisu, macarons, eclairs, cheesecakes.... The main play area has a tunnel for the younger kids to crawl. Good sensory area, especially with the fake grass. Babies enjoyed this area. The carpet is great quality, I noticed. There are 5 tv screens with educational apps for older kids who may be interested in that. This space has the coolest imaginary play area though. I mean, c'mon, a car wash area?! Baking/cooking/kitchen area. This place is a hit with young kids who want to play in their imagination. Older kids can enjoy the jungle gym. There is a hidden small rock wall too. Two big slides! The eating area has 4 booths, a main large kid table, and some outdoor seating. The large kid table area is cozy with a faux fireplace (space heater?) and filled with some toys and books for all ages! My toddler enjoyed the puzzles and cars. There is also a magnetic wall! There is really something for every kid here. It's anything but boring, and you can easily spend 2hours covering the entire play spaces. It's thoughtfully planned where sharp corners are padded and there is a bin for toys that were placed in mouths, so they can get specifically cleaned after use. The owners put a lot of thought into this place. I love that this place is vacuumed, organized, and is cleaned at the end of the day. Staff was friendly and helpful! We had no issues. We enjoyed our visit and will be back often. Wear socks in the play area (can be purchased as well). Busiest days are weekends. Recommended to come weekdays.

The place was very large, clean, lots of activities for both boy kids. The food was actually amazing, was not expecting that. Lol. TONS of drink and food options. Very, very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms with kiddo accommodations. If you compare it to somewhere like Happy Baby Play, there isn't as much in terms of activities and multiple rooms. But for $18 for both my kids, I think it's an amazing addition to the indoor play places we have in the Portland metro area. My 4 year old can't wait to go back! The only negative for me were some the board games in the "library" area had very, very tiny pieces. Which I immediately spotted and put out of reach for my little one. But honestly, they are cleaning and picking up frequently and I was told they were super busy earlier to us arriving so I'm sure it would have been picked up if I hadn't!

When we have a heavy rain the basement floor/kitchen area floods and has for a very long time…read more Water in any building, especially a 100+ building brings concern for mold. This building also has the outdated lead water pipes causing lead to be in all water including water used to cook and drink. The Grange is rented out for public and private events as well as housing the TIGARD GRANGE COMMUNITY FOOD PROJECT located in the very place that floods, the kitchen! This grange needs to update the pipes and professionally test for mold to assure the safety of its volunteers and renters. Mold can be very dangerous!

The lighting, décor, and layout made everything feel so special and photo-ready. One of the biggest highlights of planning this event was working with Natalia. I recently celebrated an anniversary party for my parents with a party of 40 people. I was…read moreinitially concerned because of excessive heat of over 100 degrees and with parking. Everything turned out wonderfully. It was too hot to use the outdoor area, but inside the ballroom was very cool and comfortable. I had asked a few families to carpool and we all were able to park our cars. The tables and chairs I rented from the manager were in excellent condition and chairs were very comfortable. I had many guests comment on how much they liked the place. We all enjoyed the beautiful dance floor and my dad played his music collection on the sound system and we enjoyed looking at family photos on the tv screen. I would highly recommend this venue and I would definitely use it again in the future. Eric, the manager was very responsive and communicated easily. Rhonda
