Throughout both experiences, Matt came promptly, even late one evening within an hour of me calling him. The first time I was made aware of the leak, I was out of town and was forced to arrange restoration from Chicago. Matt and his whole team were amazing through this process and were even more communicative through phone and text messages so I would not have to worry, and calling me and letting me know timeframes they would arrive. The second time I was home and got to meet the whole team and they were awesome! With the 2nd leak, which was a neighbor refusing to cover the damages, they were super patient with payment, looping my litigation team in, and providing competitive pricing. In addition to their restoration team, Tiffany from the main office and billing department was super hands-on and quick to return my calls. Leaks suck, but call them, cause they don't suck. :]

Justin was at my house within the hour locating the leak and putting a plan together to stop the leak and fix the damage. We had used Desert Heat a few years ago and decided that I had procrastinated long enough! Esmeralda got us scheduled and today Marcus, Ramon and Chad arrived and got to work. Marcus cleaned 14 gallons of mud from our gutters while Ramon and Chad worked non stop on my very dirty screens and windows. This team never stopped. It was 112° and they worked so hard. My windows and screens have never been cleaner and they look brand new! Marcus was amazing getting rid of all of that mud and leaves in my gutters, especially spending a few hours on the roof in extreme heat. This is what a successful business looks like..... a trio of very hard working men ( and Esmeralda in the office), a very affordable price, great communication and windows and screens that look new. I am already putting them on my calendar for next July! I'm a happy customer and may start a fan club! I'm in Tempe and and if the dust storms and overall weather have taken a toll on your house-this is the company for you! Thanks Desert Heat for your hard work!

It wasn't an emergency so Paul came over a few days later. He got up on my roof repaired a couple of places he thought could be the source of my problem. He sprayed water on if for a while and no water came through so I think he did the job! When I asked him what I owed him he said there was no charge. Where do you get that kind of service these days? I mean most people in the service arena charge for a trip charge on top of their labor and parts. He didn't charge for the caulking, travel or time. I fully expected a hard sell on needing a new roof but that didn't happen. I asked Paul how the roof was holding up and he said I probably had a couple of years left in it. He even told me that I could take the replacement in portions so as to avoid a major financial hit all at once when the time came. I am so impressed with dry roofing that I will be calling them for the new installation a couple of years down the road. If you want a trustworthy company, I strongly suggest Dry Plus Roofing. They go the extra mile, a rare thing indeed!

He reminded me of their policy to come back if there is a storm within a week of the cleaning. I checked the forecast and was confident that weather shouldn't be a problem. True to Murphy's Law, there was a dust storm the following Saturday. I didn't think much of it since there was no rain and the windows still looked great. I was surprised when Craig reached out to say he would be back to touch up the windows and told him that they were probably fine as the dust storm was mild. He still came by the following day. It is refreshing to deal with great business people that stand by their word. If you are looking for a great window cleaner, look no further.

I understand that when floods occur throughout the Valley that they are likely swamped with work, however, being rude to customers should never occur. The work they do is sloppy, and while they do treat your flood, they basically make it worse with the mess that they make. They will treat your home like themselves...trash. The equipment made a horrible mess and we had to put covers and drip buckets on their fans, so as not to permanently soil your furniture/carpet/walls. They take no pride in their work, and their interactions and work demonstrate such. Most importantly, watch them closely as much of our wood/cabinets and base boards were removed for some very odd, unknown reason. You will not get back and will incur additional costs to purchase these items and clean-up after their "clean-up". Take caution with this business.
