The owner quickly responded and arrived promptly on both occasions. Jay gave me a reasonable estimate of the time and cost of the work to be done. He tries to save you money by telling you the job can be done by not having a total replacement. How unusual is that these days? His workers scraped and glazed some old windows on my shed so they wouldn't leak. They repainted them, instead of doing a total replacement for me at my stage in life. Jay is also very congenial, open and honest. His company does many handyman services as well as larger projects, like finding a leak in my roof and repairing it. I can't say enough about this company! Jay, Heidi, the receptionist, and his dedicated and well qualified employees are the best! They make you feel like your project is a top priority to them. You won't regret hiring them for any construction needs!!

They came out, snaked the line, broke the tile, collapsed the line and asked for 4700.00$ to repair the line. And, said the pool that has been in place for over 20 years needed to come down for them to repair the line. Said, "no thank you, I will call Jackson". Called Jackson, they repaired the line and left the pool alone for a reasonable price. I have called them numerous times for different properties, and have always felt good about their work, prices and people. They don't fluff or try to sell you anything that isn't about moving water in or out of your home. I WILL ALWAYS CALL JACKSON PLUMBING!!!!

I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!
