I also loved the experience of watching Jesus the owner and his chefs making the 2 big paellas , as my paella pans are smaller and -in my experience-it is really tricky to make them so big. They make you test for a 3 day orientation to…read moresee what grade level you are for certain program, which I do get since it's an occupation adult school, but It's a requirement to make you test even if you have a high school diploma or a college degree. After you finish your tests, for certain programs you are put onto a waitlist and they tell you they will call or email you if there are spots open. I took a test back in September and was waiting for the November waitlist. I eventually did get a call/email that were was spots open and you must register at 8am on a specific day. I didn't follow through as I decided on another school but now I constantly get spam calls from this school. Even when blocked, I get calls from different numbers from this school.
