I think the price point is very reasonable. The space is nice & fairly clean (unlike the OfficeMax itself... the bathroom in the OfficeMax is filthy!). There's snacks, coffee, lockers, and private phone booths. I had a doctor's appointment nearby and had back-to-back meetings before and after the appointment, and this turned out to be perfect. It is also located next to a Panera Bread, which makes it easy if you need to grab a quick lunch. Parking is plentiful and a breeze. I had to dock a star though, because the website is incredibly confusing and difficult to use. At least for me, I wasn't sure if I needed to book a desk, or what. I tried calling for clarification several times, and it didn't seem like anyone picked up. I had to go to OfficeMax and ask for help, which seems pretty inefficient. If you're new to co-working, the experience didn't feel very intuitive. Otherwise, once I got settled in, things were great. Internet was fast and reliable. I ran into an old co-worker and he said that he's really enjoyed working here.

Only 3 phone booths that are constantly full so you have to pay $$ to rent a conference room. No matter how many times I brought these issues to mgmts attention all I got was lip service. For the same price WeWork is an 11 minute further commute, gorgeous office, lounges, restrooms, 32 phone booths, multiple free conference rooms, and the other patrons are professional! The area is tough to sit in to do some work as you get the noises and foot traffic. The decor looks as if it were renovated in the 80s. As soon as I came here, I wanted to leave. Starbucks is way better compared to this lounge. I wouldn't even rent an office here if I need to host customers or partners.

Its modern interior is decorated with three accent colors: white, green and red. The bright sunlight comes from large windows into the office space, which can be adjusted by blinds. I have been using a dedicated desk for more than one month. The desk is spacious, and it comes with a lockable cabinet. The furniture arrangement makes it easy to concentrate and have a discussion with other members. I worked with members in practicing product demo at a FinTech conference, and they were so helpful. You see other people working hard, which keeps you motivated. There is one large meeting room that has everything you need from a large TV, camera, microphone, whiteboard, etc. There is also one small meeting room for up to 5-6 people. It is also good for sound/video recording. Zed Coworking has a large bean bag and an easy chair for your nap. Also, I enjoy free, hand-dripped, tasty coffee in the kitchen every day. The kitchen is equipped with some basics, plates, mugs, glasses, utensils and coffee w/creamers. No tea for some reason. I didn't get a good feel for the place. It was unclear who actually works for the space. The girl working here eventually greeted me, though she seemed far more interested in texting, chatting and watching videos and was annoyed with my rude interruption. When I asked for the rates, she just pointed at a piece of paper, couldn't be bothered to actually have a conversation with me. She didn't tell me anything about the space, just told me to grab any desk that's not reserved. Shortly before 3pm, a sign went up on doors stating that they will be locked until 9am Monday (was here on a Friday). When a guy got locked out and was let back in, the members rolled their eyes and said that "All doors get locked when she leaves".
