Amazing customer service and a very welcoming place to get work done…read more We've had an office space here since March and have never looked back.

Have you ever heard the Tale of AJ and Enya? I thought not…read more It's not a story customer service usually tells you. It's a legend of Spaces Santana Row. AJ was known throughout the co-working realm as AJ the Efficient; a master of schedules, of printer troubleshooting, of remembering exactly who actually booked Conference Room B. And Enya... Enya was the Calm, the one who could diffuse anger simply by saying: "Let me see what I can do." Together, they maintained balance in the workspace. They could anticipate when someone was about to ask for coffee refills before the question was spoken. They could sense when a guest was about to "just drop in for five minutes" but would actually stay for six hours and rearrange the furniture. They were so powerful... they could even prevent Small Talk. But power like that... is tempting. One day, AJ attempted the forbidden technique: perfect office temperature control, a stable 72 degrees, pleasing to all. Cold-Blooded Laptop Guy... Warm-Natured Sweater Person... Guests from other climates... all would be at peace. But the HVAC... Did not care. And Enya, loyal though she was, could not stop facilities from saying: "We'll send someone to look at it tomorrow." AJ worked to the brink. And eventually... let go. The balance was lost. The thermostat returned to 71... 73... 69... 78... 62... Chaos. Enya learned from this. She understood that some forces cannot be controlled... Only endured. Now she waits. Silent... watchful... clipboard ready... For the next request.

While the space is not that large has comfortable working areas that are bright and welcoming. Ann also makes the space welcoming by being approachable and by sharing special treats. I do wish there were more soft areas ie couches for lounging however the out door patio sort of makes up for that. I loved stepping outside eating my lunch on the patio and overlooking the lively downtown.

The kitchen is equipped with some basics, plates, mugs, glasses, utensils and coffee w/creamers. No tea for some reason. I didn't get a good feel for the place. It was unclear who actually works for the space. The girl working here eventually greeted me, though she seemed far more interested in texting, chatting and watching videos and was annoyed with my rude interruption. When I asked for the rates, she just pointed at a piece of paper, couldn't be bothered to actually have a conversation with me. She didn't tell me anything about the space, just told me to grab any desk that's not reserved. Shortly before 3pm, a sign went up on doors stating that they will be locked until 9am Monday (was here on a Friday). When a guy got locked out and was let back in, the members rolled their eyes and said that "All doors get locked when she leaves".

Beware of post-cancellation charges and unresponsive billing support…read more I signed up for Spaces Santa Clara because the workspace itself looked great--clean design, solid Wi-Fi, and a personable front-desk team. Unfortunately, everything unraveled once I decided to leave. Clunky, confusing cancellation: Finding the cancellation option on the Regus/Spaces member portal felt like a scavenger hunt. It's buried under several sub-menus, and the wording is anything but clear. After far too much clicking around, I finally submitted the request and even received written confirmation. Still charged--twice: Despite cancelling, my card was hit with charge in back-to-back months. I emailed billing support immediately and looped in a regional manager. Aside from automated "we've received your request" replies, there's been radio silence--no timeline, no accountability, no refund. Bottom line: The workspace may look polished, but their backend systems and customer support are anything but. If you join: Screenshot every step of your cancellation. Monitor your statements like a hawk. Be prepared to chase down refunds on your own time. Until Spaces Santa Clara (and parent company Regus) streamline their cancellation flow and fix their billing follow-up, I can't recommend them.

Update: THEY ARE…read moreSTILL CHARGING. Once you give them your credit card number, they will go and charge it up. They'll run you around in circles, tell you to do this to cancel, do that to cancel, and you can do everything they tell you to do and get all the confirmation emails. A week later, still charging. How does the billing work? My first visit was just over 60 days ago and they've now charged me for 4 months of billing cycles. Do you have to pay 2 months ahead now? 100% contrary to what the guy that gave me the tour explained. I came in for a free visit and walk through. Walk through was pretty basic, just showed me the tables and benches that were available for use if you didn't have a private office. At this time, the rep explained that I can sign up now for a prorated rate (three weeks of the month left) and that I will NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL A MONTH AFTER (after three weeks), so I have a chance to try it out and cancel. At this time he also advised to go on auto pay because missed payment will TERMINATE the agreement and I will lose access. So to avoid disruption, go on autopay. Okay, so I take him at his word and sign up. I was kind of wondering what now, I visited once but it was pretty loud, no better than a cafe. I noticed the next month that an auto pay had be rejected and cancelled from them. I didn't think it was very good value, and I didn't get anything out of the experience but some noisy tables. Nothing to explain how anything worked, do I need to sign in? How much of the facility is off limits for the membership? I don't know, so I thought it best to let it TERMINATE PER what the rep had said. Fast forward another month and I get an email from their sales rep, finally contacting me to see what my needs are. I was surprised, the guy I spoke with stated that cancelled payments would terminate the agreement. So I put in a complain, this person Mary says its not her deal and that I should cancel. So I cancel and she forwards me to another person. Speak with them, and this person doesn't see an issue because he notices I just cancelled with them recently. I look back, my credit card had rejected their payments because they've tried to charge nearly 3 months of membership fees within a 4 week period! Not only was the prorated monthly get charged, they charged another FULL month's of membership a week after, and tried to charge another full month's of membership just a few weeks after that. THEIR BILLING PRACTICES FLAG YOUR CREDIT CARD AS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. And I also find out they've eventually did get their money. Only response by Justin Wilson who I spoke with, is that these are their terms and they can't help with something they didn't know about. Well, they know about it now, and still, nothing helpful. I have expressed that I am still unclear on their terms of billing. They refuse to be helpful, so did I pay for 3 months? When does the billing term end? Do I still get to visit? Or are you going to return the money?

We moved in last Oct 2022. Rent price is competitive, but security is poor, as we have already had a vehicle broken into. But as another review noted, the real problem is the property manager, Zelia. When we first met her, she seemed friendly enough, and we looked forward to moving into our new office. The day we moved in, she wouldn't allow us to set anything down outside our office door even for 5 min, while trying to organize our furniture, which was challenging to say the least. Later, she told us she didn't want any of our employees standing outside OUR office, hallway or in the parking lot (while waiting for a ride after work), because according to her...that was loitering. A few months later, we had to contact an attorney because she was harrassing us and put up caution tape all around the back parking lot so that our vehicles (which had express permission to park in the back lot - according to the lease) would only park in the spaces where she wanted us to park (under trees that were dirtying our vehicles with debris & bird droppings). This parking lot has about 200 spaces and is mostly empty, and our vehicles are only parked there overnight after business hours. Although we repeatedly asked, she refused to allow us to have any direct contact/access to the landlord, which made us believe she was doing all of this of her own accord, without the landlord's approval. She not only harrasses us, but she is also dishonest, sending us invoices for using our office after business hours-6:30-8:30pm, when in reality our office is closed at 6pm, and one of our employees drops off laundered towels (in less than 10 minutes) after the office is closed. We agree with the other reviewer - "Special Kind of Crazy" and maybe we should add "Control Freak"

Shopped around a bit, wanted to the right vibe, the main decision maker is my dog, so I defer to him. =) Was working my way down the list of dog-friendly spots in the South Bay and really like Satellite's offering. It was one of the more expensive ones but I really liked the summer promo. Satellite favors very walkable locations integrated with food and markets. I didn't realize they had a Pruneyard location, I didn't even realize there was a second floor at all in the center structures. The Sunnyvale spot was okay. A lil too busy and frantic for my tastes. Some of the folks there...should not be there--I'll leave it at that. They were not good coworking space neighbors. Got to Campbell. Day 1, worked a few hours, realized it was awesome and signed on the spot to grab one of the last available spaces. What was the clincher? Just quiet, professional neighbors. BEAUTIFUL central skylight of endless natural light--it's so beautiful. Natural light is far superior to fluorescence, your brain will thank you. Also, Trader Joe's downstairs. Bruh, 'nuff said. Maybe I'm getting old (OH NO, I'm an adult...new sponges and Trader Joe's commute times matter..). Samatha, the manager was really accommodating and took care of us. Wifi, printing, access--all super smooth. The office coffee is excellent, Philz. Someone's keeps disappearing my sparkling sodas but eh, can't win them all. Men's bathroom is in another section of the building, this could be better -- not the greatest, the door jams too. Easy fix, ridiculous they let it just carry on like that. I feel like I've gone back in time three decades cause that bathroom is stuck there. There's also a dope podcast room with a green screen with excellent acoustic sound isolation (and that's coming from a sound engineer and producer). What else? It's just a happy vibe. It feels like stepping back into time in SF Bay Area to happier pre-Covid days. Happy dogs, sunshine, kids running around, outdoor dining, old couples watching the world go by, hot babes coming out of yoga and pilates, ice cream scoops on waffle cones and my poodle hyperventilating like a psycho to say hi to the other dogs. I almost don't want to write this. This quiet oasis needs to stay quiet!

While price was a consideration, when establishing a professional business presence it is only one of many. That said, the price is more than reasonable. Here are some of the reasons I chose Pacific Workplaces: - The staff is professional and friendly. This starts from the way they answer the telephone to the way they greet visitors and clients. Also, they take the time to get to know their clients. - The staff is stable. Pacific Workplaces does not have an employee revolving door at their center. This is important because my customers had a consistently good experience. Also, this cuts down on errors caused by constantly training new employees. - The staff is flexible. When I have needed something a little out of the ordinary the staff has been able to help and have always come through for me and my firm. -The center looks professional. It is comfortable. It is not a sterile office environment. I have strongly recommended Pacific Workplaces to new business people in the past and will continue to do so. My business has grown and become a success in part to the Pacific Workplaces staff. They provide a tremendous service!
