I expressed this to the spa director and the response was that she did not understand why I was upset-I guess wasting my time and money are minor inconveniences. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want the expected experience with the infrared sauna.

Once the swelling went down, the line and bags under my eyes were still visible it essentially just moved the bag higher on my face. The results were not what I expected or discussed. While the staff was very nice, I was surprised to later find out that I was charged $900 instead of the $600 I thought I'd agreed to. I would not have paid that amount for such minimal results and a lip flip that didn't make any noticeable difference. I also reached out to the office afterward to express my concerns. I received a call from the NYC location and was told someone from Larchmont would follow up with me, but no one ever did. It's been over two months and I still haven't heard back. Overall, I'm really disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of follow-up. The service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't return based on my experience.
