I have been a resident of Bay Bridge Cove in Stevensville, MD for almost 7 years. Comsource has…read morebeen the Management Company for our condominium community for all of these 7 years. My personal interaction with our previous on-site Comsource Manager was somewhat limited. My review is about a recent incident when I called upon our current Comsource Community Manager who has taken over that position as of a few months ago. I had received a notice that my July HOA payment had not been received. I first checked my bank account and confirmed that my check ( I had the check # and date mailed to Comsource documented), had not reached my bank. I then called Elisabetta, our relatively new on-site Comsource Community Manager. She immediately reached out to my Condo President and simultaneouly contacted Amber Finnegan in Comsource's accounting office. Fast forward. . . my check had evidently never reached its destination. Elisabetta followed up with all relevant parties, recommended a stop payment on the check, which I did, and I sent a replacement check, which has since been received by Comsource and subsequently by my bank. My phone communication with Elisabetta continued during a Federal Holiday Weekend. Elisabetta was knowledgeable, personable, very responsive, and totally caring until the problem was resolved. i could not have been more pleased with her attention to detail and great attitude.
