This time the reading was 1.6, even lower. After a half hour of her reading and thinking, I came to the conclusion she had no idea what she is doing and I became fearful for my medical wellbeing. At that time I decided to leave. I very much like the rest of the office. They seem to really care and go out of their way to help. But, Megan Temple is definitely not an asset to your team. Meg Temple is a definite deficit to your team and gives you an unprofessional look. Before Megan it was David Guerrero. He was very good and also very efficient. I would be willing to try someone else, but not her. However, this is a life and death issue and needs to be dealt with immediately. I will be calling other doctors in the morning.

Tecson went into a personal medical leave, her office joined Hatfield and I've been seeing Michael NP 2x now - for annual check up and for covid. I'm very glad that the transition was smooth and the staff at Hatfield were just as friendly and attentive. Michael was amazing the 2x I'm interacted with him. In dr. Tecson and now Hatfield group, they partnered with Labcorp and has an on-site staff for blood test. Now, that staff is AMAZING too. Desiree is great with blood drawn. Not only that, I received an insanely high bill, with a breakdown of all these fees and codes that were billed. I went there requesting blood work for feeling off and then got such a high bill when I should have only had a copay. Beware of seeing any of the nurse practitioners at this office. This is now the second time I've had to deal with this. My husband went in and saw the other new NP and sure enough his bill was also 80+ dollars. I've had great experiences not dealing with billing issues when seeing Dr Burrell though.

My family has been given the run around with this office. When my dad met with the Physician's Assistant - David, he was condescending. My father just wanted to make sure he would be getting the correct care he needs. Instead of listening and having a good bedside manner, he dismissed my fathers comments and concerns.
