And I walked out of the class with so much knowledge and confidence, and my husband and I were able to achieve the fully natural birth we had hoped for! She was the perfect teacher and I would recommend this to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

I walked, I saw a chiropractor twice a week, I did acupuncture, I did spinning babies daily, and everything else Liza recommended. I ended up getting induced and being in labor for 3 days which led to a c section. Trust me I did everything to avoid a c section. When Liza called to ask how it went and I told her, she scolded me for not doing more. That was so upsetting after such a traumatic experience. Also in 8 weeks of 4 hour classes, we never once touched on inductions and all the choices that come with that. I felt completely lost without the help of my doula (who only would come once you are dilated 8 cms), and without the guidance of the birth class. I spent so much time preparing for natural childbirth, that the medical induction and emergency c section that resulted left me feeling lost and unprepared. I wish someone had offered me some guidance for that scenario, and not guilt as though it was my fault for having it happen that way. I recommend her class if you know you will have a natural childbirth (which no one knows- the only thing predictable about birth is how unpredictable it is.)

This class is such a unique and effective way to release deep tension through gentle, organic movement, breathwork, and supportive tools. I left feeling completely renewed. The practice gently warmed my muscles, allowed for deep, nourishing stretches, and created this amazing cooling sensation throughout my body. By the end, I felt relaxed, calm, and centered....just an overall sense of ease and balance. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and easy to access with plenty of parking, which always makes a difference. Bautista is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about fascia release. You can feel how much she truly loves what she teaches, and that energy carries throughout the entire class. So grateful for this experience. Thank you for sharing your practice!

We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. If you're ever in Temecula, I highly recommend checking out Temecula Yoga Collective.

I was dealing with blood blisters, a poor latch, doubts and fears about supply, and a baby that was temporarily not gaining enough weight. As a first-time mom, it was extremely stressful, and there were many tears. However, Juliana's visits always left me feeling more informed, reassured, and capable. We also did a weighted feed during every visit, which confirmed that my baby was indeed getting enough to eat. I still remember the relief I felt when I learned that. Juliana is a big reason why I decided to stay the course with breastfeeding. (Thank goodness, because now I LOVE it.) My insurance covered the cost of the visits, so I just paid the $60 travel fee. I also attended her breastfeeding class with my husband before giving birth. This was super helpful, but I recommend taking the class within 1 month of your due date. We took it a bit too early in my pregnancy, and forgot a couple things by the time I gave birth. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a lactation consultation with Juliana if you're in need of support!

After many weeks of troubleshooting and anxiety, we finally saw Rochelle who correctly identified the issue immediately, referred us to other fantastic providers, and provided incredible, kind support throughout the process. I owe this happy ending to Rochelle and only wish I'd booked an appointment with her earlier!

I never thought I would ever do a natural birth... but here I am! I will start by saying, natural birth is HARD. I went into my first unmedicated birth not knowing what to expect but I prefer it that way but boy was I determined!!!! Second time around I was nervous, anxious.. all the things! My first experience was great, although after labor I experienced some hemorrhaging. Once staff figured what was wrong they acted fast and I was relieved. It was a little traumatic for me but it didn't taint my experience with Acorn. I came back for round two!!! 2nd time around two years later! I delivered my baby girl on February 20th, my experience from start to end was amazing. During labor the team gives you and your partner space, during those moments were truly special. And probably one of my favorites. I had Cristi Sedona and Kyra for my team! And I would choose the same 3 every-time. Each of them brought a different vibe, but it was a mix that you need on your team! I can't thank them enough for making each experience so special, For me my husband and my family! If I was having more kids, no questions asked... I would do it again.... and again....

Her way of making mothers feel valued and cared for is unprecedented and this comes from someone working in the medical field for 13+ years. I had a redemptive second birth at home, with an amazing team (go Annie and Hannah!!). They made my three year old feel special and involved and even captured heartmelting photos of my toddler helping me during the water birth. Annie is an exceptional midwife -- she knew what to do and when and kept me progressing and comfortable, even though this is the hardest thing a woman will ever do. Thank you Acorn; our experience with you all has been monumental from the very beginning. They spend so much time at prénatals, answering questions and getting to know you and your family. They put my mind at ease when I had concerns or worries; most of mine were unnecessary but that did not matter. We love Acorn, and everyone who works here. Birth is hard, and they make it better.

Nikki was amazing and an essential part of my extremely positive experience. We met with her in advance which helped us get to know each other, and also helped my husband feel more comfortable with having another person present for the birth. I was at the doctor's for my 39 week check up when I was told to go directly to the hospital as I was already 5cm dilated. Nikki rushed through to be with me even though I was sure I would be laboring until the evening. Good thing she did, as my baby boy arrived 3 hours later. During the labor itself, she was a calm coach who's attention and support let me feel confident enough to focus only on getting through my contractions. Nikki anticipated all my needs - timing my contractions on my phone, putting pressure on my lower back when I needed it and bringing me water and snacks to help keep my energy up. She worked very well with all the hospital staff and even stayed with us after the birth to help ease into the hospital and enjoy the moment. I highly recommend Nikki. She's the best!
