Cab drivers were respectful kind, and made good conversation and got me to my destination in a timely manner. The only thing I did notice was the lack of masks, as Ontario is currently mandated to wear masks I feel as though for not only the safety of me as a customer but we also need to keep the drivers safe as well so it may be useful to instruct driver on wearing masks even if Sarnia does not really have any active cases, I am from out of town and you do not know if your customers have somehow been exposed. If I ever visit Sarnia again I will definitely use this service again!

I live in Chesterfield and my husband had a stroke recently so I''m the only driver. I needed a test at the hospital and was unable to drive home myself. I called the Chesterfield Cab number, got someone immediately and set it up the night before. I had to move the time up earlier and change the hospital location at the last minute - all no problem. The driver was from Suburban cab, very professional, reasonably priced and courteous. He even knew a shortcut to get there. I was on time. The cab had great air conditioning - it was 90 and very humid. We had to wait on the return cab about 25 minutes - that's the only thing I would knock off a star for BUT we do not have a lot of cabs in this area cruising around all the time. This is not NY, Chicago or California. It wasn't that big of a deal anyway. We just waited at the door. The rate home was about the same as the rate there even though the traffic was heavier. Overall, this cab company is my new best friend, because I now know there is a service I can call if I get into a pickle like this again. It's also a service I recommend to friends. I would caution everyone against leaving nothing but bad reviews for businesses. In this case, I truly didn't even think I could call this company. That's just wrong. Please be responsible Yelpers. On that note, please know these are not spiffy NYC cabs-but if you need a ride and don't want to hire a limo, they are more than good enough =D EDIT: I wanted to add that they said they serve most of the Macomb county area up to Richmond and down to 8 Mile, and go as far west as Rochester in some cases.

Every company has growing…read morepains and ups and downs it's understandable BUT., I'm disappointed I was left stranded today without a follow-up call to say my driver was leaving. This is the reason that 5 stars. There was no confirmation I only had x amount of minutes before they leave. One of their female drivers came to pick me up. She did call to let me know she was outside but didn't answer the phone whan I called her back to confirm I'm at the door looking for her. I've never had anybody leave me stranded they just turn the meter on. The dispatcher did not make it any better blaming me opposed to offering to just send another car out & confirming they should be there in x amount of minutes. She knew I still had to get home. God is good I did not have to walk home in a dress in the dark in the cold in Michigan in November. I don't think it was too much to at least call me back and say hey Lisa we have to be out of here in 60 seconds or I will have to go to my next run. Some kind of follow-up. I have to give consideration two customers at my job when I interact with people even if it's not the company's fault. Shouldn't be too much to ask for the same follow through especially since I've called a cab everyday this week spending almost $100 plus I tip. I guess this didn't matter. Just disappointing

Then I called City Cab-Limousine first call quickly answered by a pleasant dispatcher who took my info and instantly connected me to Randy the driver for that route. We were all set within a few minutes. I liked his eye to details and efficiency. Randy was good to his word, was not only waiting where he said he'd be but also very alert as to the people entering that area. He saw me quite a distance off and came right over and introduced himself. Impressive first look, all professional, courteous, respectful, dressed in a black executive business suit. Helped my Skycap escort with my bags, walker, and me in wheelchair to limo. I was at ease with his driving and had pleasant convo for the long ride right to the door of my destination. So pleased to know the return trip would be pleasant as well. He arrived on time for return to airport at 2:30 am another relaxed trip. Loved it! Felt like family. I've already recommended Randy and City Cab-Limousine to my friends and family in the area.
