I don't know how the dentist at riverwest could either be so wrong or lied to me but either way I am glad I didn't waste $700 like they quoted me for a completely unnecessary procedure!!!

I called my insurance and they said I could only get deep cleaning every 2 years and that it would be covered in 2 months . I told them that the dentist office said they did, but apparently they didn't because my husband and I are stuck with an unnecessary bill. They will be losing a lot of new business because my friends and family were going to come here since we all just moved to the area. We canceled future appointments and will be looking elsewhere. They seem to just want the money. When I told the office staff my concern and how it should have been covered and would have been covered if they waited 2 months for the procedure.
