It's weird to say this, but I actually look forward to my appointments there. They have worked with me in the past with payments, and have even got me in at a moment's notice to help with some major tooth pain. I'm also SUPER impressed at how adept they all are at understanding their patients while trying to speak with cleaning implements and dental tools in their mouths. I truly can't recommend this place enough, they are so welcoming and treat you like you're part of the family!

Everyone is friendly but they are negligent in checking coverage on your insurance. I had my dental…read morerecords faxed over from my last dentist so they could see the timeline of everything. They wanted to do a deep cleaning, I asked if it was covered and they said yes. I then got a bill for $700 a month later. I called my insurance and they said I could only get deep cleaning every 2 years and that it would be covered in 2 months . They told me I was responsible for the bill because I'm supposed to ask for the dentist to pre authorize everything. I told them that the dentist office said they did, but apparently they didn't because my husband and I are stuck with an unnecessary bill. They will be losing a lot of new business because my friends and family were going to come here since we all just moved to the area. We canceled future appointments and will be looking elsewhere. They seem to just want the money. When I told the office staff my concern and how it should have been covered and would have been covered if they waited 2 months for the procedure. They offered a payment plan as a solution to their negligence. Poor customer service.

When I had implant failures (likely due to my own medical issues, not anything they did wrong), Dr. Barney made himself available right away. Instead of just pushing forward with the original plan, they worked with me to figure out what went wrong and adjusted the approach. That's not something every practice would do. The entire team is genuinely pleasant to work with. They're the type of staff that makes you feel like they actually care about your outcome, not just getting you in and out. Dr. Barney has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure things were progressing properly, and when issues came up, he was immediately available to address them. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone considering implant work.
