The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. I did not have the CT scan done and talked to the endodontist for around 15 minutes. I was billed for having the CT scan and some other charges along with it. I was told I'd get back the difference and they'd call me. A month later, no call. I was then told a month later, after a call, I'd be getting around $200 back and someone would be calling me. No call. I called back a few weeks later and was told they didn't know about it and someone would call me back. Again, no call. It's now more than 2 months later. I'm not sure they really care, and I'm sure they're just going to keep my money. Why does anyone have to pay the full out of pocket expense up front being told they'd figure out how much they own you back anyway?
