When we got to Cali- we realized our teeth were in bad shape. My son also had an enormous amount of cavities and we wanted to see dr baranello while on a visit back east. We called and the receptionist - Patty I think- was so unbelievably rude. She literally hung up after saying "we will not ever work on your sons teeth" because he got silver fluoride treatment. Silver fluoride is literally just a quick fix for stopping cavities from getting bigger. It take 30 seconds to apply. She also proceeded to say silver fluoride was dangerous and dentists stopped using it 20 years ago. Total nonsense. There are papers published in the past 2 yrs on it and it's fda approved. I dont think she understood what she was talking about. I wish dr baranello would get a new assistant. I'm pretty sure she's upset many old and new clients at this point.
