The dental hygienist was extremely professional and friendly, doing a fantastic job with a thorough teeth cleaning. When it became obvious I needed work done on multiple teeth, Dr. Doundoulakis and Aida helped coordinate a schedule that would work best with me to address my oral issues. Dr. Doundoulakis was able to immediately start working on my teeth. Throughout the two of three visits thus far, Dr. D provided an unparalleled level of service. He explained not only what procedures he was doing, but the justification for each procedure. He showed me visually how the teeth changed over the course of the visit, which would help any visual learner. Best of all, Dr. Doundoulakis was very upfront and honest about the work that was needed versus what could wait, giving me a realistic choice of procedures. Instead of jumping to the most expensive options, Dr. Doundoulakis gave me candid advice, allowing me to pay just for what I needed, instead of charging an arm and a leg. Initially, I had wanted more immediate results, but Dr. Vermani advised against it, stating that a proper alignment and good long lasting results shouldn't be rushed.  She was 100% correct.  When the Invisalign was finished, Dr. Vermani handled the crown work with care and precision.  When it came time to determine crown shape and shade, Dr. Vermani advised against the super white, straightline Hollywood type of smile I was interested in getting, and recommended a younger more natural look.  As Dr. Vermani's advice had been right every step of the way, I agreed w/ her and I couldn't be happier with my new smile. Multiple times. Dr. Patel and Dr. Khashayar are always warm, calm, and give you their full attention. They discuss multiple options for treatment, and how best to address issues I am having, whether that be with treatment or lifestyle changes. Unlike virtually all medical practices I have been to, I almost never wait more than a minute when arriving for my appointment. One time I had to wait five minutes and Dr. Patel felt so bad that she gave me a Starbucks gift card.
