Delicious, fast, fresh!…read more We went this afternoon for a late lunch early dinner. Seated immediately m, fast friendly helpful service. I had the enchiladas michoacanas - awesome. If I had to choose between beef and cheese I'd die. They're both awesome! Wife had chicken fajitas and liked them very much. Our new fave Mexican place in FXBG. The search is over. We'll be back!

Warm and inviting place with nice decor indicative of many Mexican restaurants. Chips were thin and warm and the salsa was homemade. All of our kids ordered off of the kids menu and left no scraps, so I'd say it was a hit! At the adult table we had fajitas, tacos, and burritos and all agreed on the 4 stars. It was pretty good, and if I'm in the area I'm going back for sure. Cheers!

I ordered the carne asada with rice, beans, and salad and wow... the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and seasoned so well. The rice and beans were just as good, like real homemade comfort food. The portions were generous (I was struggling to finish it lol), and everything looked and tasted super fresh. You can tell they put love into their food. If you're looking for legit Salvadoran food, this is the spot. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

Ordered a variety of plates as the family wanted a few options for an early dinner We ordered the baleadas with meat, queso birrias, chicken tamales, and pupusas. Overall, the pupusas were the best and the winner amongst the family. The baleadas were a little disappointing as it was a few little marinated meat, and the queso birrias were okay, nothing wrong with them. And the chicken tamales were good. Overall, definitely returning and likely trying other plates such as their soups or other traditional Central American plates.

The quesadilla had a nice golden crisp on the tortilla with plenty of melted cheese, and the burritos were loaded and topped with grilled onions, sour cream, and guacamole. The sides were simple but fresh--lettuce, tomato, and a scoop of guac--with a solid bowl of salsa on the table. Service was excellent. The wait staff stayed friendly, attentive, and always had a smile, which goes a long way. Portions were generous and the pricing felt fair for what you get. All in all, it's the kind of place that may not try to be fancy, but it consistently delivers good flavor, good service, and a satisfying meal without hurting the wallet. Definitely still worth a stop.

Good experience at Mi Rancho!…read more The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and really friendly. The manager (maybe owner?) was enthusiastic and helping out around the restaurant. We had a larger group and they handled all the drinks and orders easily! Food came out quickly and was good. I got the bandera enchiladas so I could try the different sauces and I think the green was my favorite! Nice and flavorful, spicy (mild) without being too hot. The mango margarita tasted like they used Jumex juice which was really nice. The inside is cute and very kitschy. Decorated very brightly and vibrant with lots of decorations, colors, and lights. There are cute artificial trees in the main seating room too. Tons of table space and lots of areas for large groups too, so this would be a great spot for a birthday dinner I think!

I keep forgetting to order the table side guacamole which is very reasonable for only $6.95! That's a steal! This is a meal and half as I always end up taking most of it home for later. I asked the waiter which margarita he recommended and he stated the top shelf or patron margarita which I ordered a strawberry and mango to go. I will try an original and pineapple or guava next time I'm in town. For an appetizer I order the queso fundio (spelling) and the salsa is so good taste like house made a little heat and all flavor! I can't wait to come back when I'm back in town which will be sometime in March because it's like that!
