Adriana asks you first what you need and she works carefully, telling you about her process. I ended up getting highlights that blended well with my natural hair and don't look fake. It just looks like I spend some time in the sun. And when cutting hair she shows you how much she's going to trim so you can approve. She finds the layers and makes sure they're the right length.
