I was looking for a RELIABLE company to clean my house biweekly but Johnny Klean is definitely NOT…read moreRELIABLE. They came out an did an initial "deep" clean 3 weeks ago. It was not good. There were so many issues. They didn't clean the oven or the kitchen sink or the baseboards or any window sills. They didn't completely dust any of the furniture. It was the worst "deep" clean I have ever seen. They were late arriving and I never received any call to let me know they would be late. I contacted Johnny and he agreed to a "complimentary" cleaning of my downstairs area the next week. There is nothing "complimentary" about something you have already paid a lot of money to have done. They came back the next week, late again and cleaned the downstairs area. Again, they didn't clean the kitchen sink or window sills or the front of the kitchen cabinets. Even after all of this I went ahead and decided to give them another chance. I know. Shame on me. Well, yesterday I texted Johnny to verify that we still had our appointment for today. They never even showed up. His voicemail is full and he does not return my calls or text messages. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone!

They needed "deep" cleaning, and the bathrooms needed bleach. I had trouble finding cleaners in the area, several other companies kept hemming and hawing about whether they could do it and how much it would cost. I finally had success scheduling the perfect day for KKG to come clean my house. They communicated well, letting me know when they were leaving their previous job and when they were almost here. They were responsible and wore their masks the whole time they cleaned. They have some magic cleaning solutions that I really need to get ahold of for maintenance (e.g. degreaser for my kitchen stovetop which has strange burners that are made of cast iron discs!!). They did such a great job, look at the pics of before and after. They were reasonably priced, and I gave them a nice tip. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and tools and even left me with a toilet brush!! I can definitely recommend Leticia and Efrain for a deep cleaning job, they did an amazing job and I appreciate that they could come when I needed them to. I am keeping their phone number handy for the next time I need a cleaning. I love that she even left my Toilet Paper folded nicely like they do in hotels!!

This review is long overdue…read more.. My husband and I had a great experience working with Bob and Chuck. We hired them to do a mini kitchen remodel (countertops, island, backsplash) as well as redoing the flooring in the entire house along with a custom media niche. They are both highly professional as are all the resources they hire to work on the job. Bob was accurate with his estimates and the only reason the cost went up is because we wanted to do more than what we originally planned for. I liked how they always the same guys who worked at our house so we were able to build rapport with them and trusted them in our house. We would definitely consider hiring Building Pro's again for future work, maybe I'll get a repeat customer discount? :-)

These guys work hard and take pride in their projects!
