My 3rd old pit bulldog mix did a 2 week board and train with Savanna…read more I loved getting daily updates on my sweet girls progress! I could tell she really loved being with Savanna and that she was well cared for and happy. Savanna was amazing at communicating progress. During our training pickup session Savanna clearly explained how to maintain training at home and we did a few commands before bringing my sweet girl back home. I am extremely happy with the results, it is hard work to maintain, it i know with the solid foundation Savanna has set we will have a successful journey at home. I recommend Off Leash k9 to anyone looking to help with your dogs training needs!

If I could give ZERO I would...BEWARE! Please take your dog…read moreanywhere but here. We signed our puppy up for a 2 week board and train hopeful to get her to walk on a leash better. She had a lot of energy and wanted to play with everyone. She was a regular at doggy daycare and never had any issues or reactivity. Everyone loved her. We worked on basic commands at home, but leash pulling and distractions were an issue. After reading reviews and the 100% guarantee spiel, we dropped our girl off with high hopes. I emailed to check in on Zura, we were told we would get updates daily, and I do not feel the trainer was very professional. Several times he sounded too busy, or was out doing other things. 2 long weeks later, we picked up our pup and I was shocked. She was extremely underweight and came home acting off. She seemed nervous and unsettled. The trainer sent snippets of videos everyday and I asked what our dog was doing the rest of the time, I never got a response. My husband reached out to the trainer and the owner and they gave this speech about her adjusting and being consistent. The day after she came home, my husband took her on walk and she freaked out. She was screaming and was super anxious. Naturally we contacted the owner and at first she was extremely condensing and unprofessional. She yelled at me and implied I didn't know what I was talking about. I have actively rescued and rehabilitated dogs for the past 20 years. This is the first time I had ever outsourced training due to health issues. After a heated conversation she decided that "She wasn't happy with our dogs board and train and she would like to take her for a week". JoAnne had our dog for 4 days. Our dog came home with welts on her neck (both sides) from the shock collar and a scab on her back leg. We took her to the vet and she stated that it looked like our pet had been mistreated. Our dog seemed very high strung and agitated. I would take the ecollar off at night or when she was in her kennel, and she was very reluctant and skittish when I tried to put it back on. The trainer told my husband if our dog wasn't listening to turn up the number on the ecollar. It didn't work, it just made our dog panic. When we first started training, we asked about the ecollar and how high it got. They said it was like a tens unit, and didn't hurt them. That is not true. They turn it up very high and told us to do the same. Our dog left to the board and train a goofy puppy and came back extremely fearful and anxious. Our dog had been crate trained since she was 10 weeks old. After her board and train, she started screaming in the crate, and digging at her bed. She also had several accidents in the crate, she had never displayed that behavior before. My heart was broken for our girl. I reached out to a K9 Behavioral Specialist and after assessing our dog, they agreed that our dog had been mistreated. She associated the ecollar with punishments' rather than positive reinforcement. This place does not care about the wellbeing of your dog, they care about money. It is a franchise, and perhaps they have some locations and trainers who actually know what they are doing, but not here. After everything, there was zero chance we were taking our dog back to them and expressed this to Bryan and JoAnne, she stated "your dog will never be off leash, your are going to have to accept that." I challenged the 100% guarantee and requested a refund. We never heard from them again. The guarantee is not real. They never apologized or showed any concern or empathy for our dog. I have several videos that they provided while she was at training that are uncomfortable to watch. They try to conceal the shocker in their hand while filming, but if you pay close attention, you could tell our dog was constantly being shocked to comply. Please take your pet elsewhere. We entrusted our girl to their care and it is the biggest mistake I have ever made. It changed her completely. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! Video of Zura after picking her up. More to come https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoUcih4dzCc ***I have attached the text of the date we picked our dog up from the second training session (4 days) and the vet afterwards. I have also attached witness testimony of my dogs behavior 2 days after coming home. My statement is far from false***

Fantastic experience!!!!! We acquired a sweet Belgian Melanosis that was 8 months old. She was…read moresmart, energetic but generally hard to control on leash and would be apprehensive on walks when confronted by cars, other dogs, people, and other animals. At the end of a walk, I felt drained and have sore shoulders, it was not much fun. Since we RV and travel a lot, we wanted to be able to take the dog along without worry. We did a lot of research online and choose Daisy's Canine Academy. We opted for the two-week emersion program. We provided a list of commands and traits we were hoping for: 1) RVing, come, stay, fetch, heel, drop, sit, get, etc., 2) Socialized around people, other dogs, cars etc. and be calm and under control, 3) Go to Kennel, Basket on command. This was a lot to expect for just a two-week program. Daisy her trainer delivered in spades. The dog came back transformed; she did not do everything 100 percent, but honestly the most important thing was she trained the trainer, yes me I was able to continue working with the dog to fine tune her training, which is still a work in progress but fun for me as well as the dog. She does most what we outlined above and even more, can't wait for our first RV trip in the New Year. Daisy stays in touch and has had frequent follow-up visits. I would highly recommend Daisy's Canine Academy!!!

We wanted…read morethe focus of her training to be on e-collar obedience and Sam did an excellent job helping her and us learn. We can now take Moose off leash comfortably knowing she will come when called, sit and stay even in busy environments. I feel like we are happier humans and she is a happier dog thanks to Sam's help. The training style used was also based on rewarding Moose with play rather than food or negative reinforcement, which I really appreciate and didn't know much about before. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend Dog Wizard and Sam!

Probably my highest review ever for a service I haven't used yet. hear me out…read more I just rescued a Rat Terrier puppy called Raffi from Texas, who showed signs of abuse and trauma upon arrival. I've parented/known many rescues in the past and never seen anything like the fear she exhibited. fully freaked out, I shot a message to Atlanta Dog Wizard with an SOS to help. Kat quickly got in touch and we had about a 30-min call, which provided me with INVALUABLE insight into my urgent situation. That information she gave me--keep in mind, I had paid no money for her advice or training to this point--gave me some practices I could use, right away, to make Raffi feel more comfortable. I still might officially use Atlanta Dog Wizard in the future, if Kat is any indication how the company does things. She has a passion for rescues and turning around challenging situations and making dogs (and humans) shine. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can't imagine life without having worked with Carolyn to train my dog, Ollie. She helped make…read moresure Ollie was well behaved both on leash and off. We started with a series of weekly Zoom meetings to practice leash skills before moving to in-person classes to practice off-leash skills. Carolyn would leave us with things to practice during the week and followup with an article that provided extra information in writing. Then the next week, we'd demonstrate how well the new skills were coming, she'd offer feedback, and then we'd move on to the next body of skills. By the end of the classes, I felt comfortable taking Ollie to the park for hikes or the beach for walks. I lean on her training and email advice when tackling new skills like heeling alongside the bike. And to say one more thing: she is developing a very strong community of well behaved off leash dogs that meet regularly for group walks and dog to dog socializing. I never imagined this is the training or community I would leave with when engaging Carolyn for training. I simply wanted a dog that wouldn't jump on visitors, now I have a dog that I can confidently take on trips and out to lunch. I'm forever grateful!

After just one lesson, I learned what I could do to reduce her anxiety, and WOW what a difference in Molly. We only needed one lesson, and within weeks, Molly's behavior had improved so drastically that she was able to go to group play and not snap at other dogs! On walks, she no longer pulls or barks at other dogs. In the house, she's no longer a maniac! Thanks to Carolyn, Molly can relax! We join Carolyn on her group walks--a great time for Molly to socialize and mind her manners while learning to ignore distractions. I HIGHLY recommend taking your dog to Carolyn--puppy, adult, whatever, you will see a difference in your dog's behavior!
