The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. When I am back in town, I will definitely come to this store because of the excellent customer care and service that I received.I wish all store associates at the vVitamin Shoppe stores around the country could be as knowledgeable as Lydia is with helping customers.

I ended up only being able to get 2 out of the 4 things I wanted due to my physical limitations and trying to be respectful of the store closing time. It would've been nice if the worker who told me I'd have to return for my pickup order offered me any sort of assistance. Really disappointed in the workers and their lack of consideration. I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. I snored so loud that I scared myself awake. If my one functional nostril was stuffed up, I became a mouth breather. Not too attractive, I know. NP Deana Yasso-Vander Vliet guided me through the diagnosis and explained all that was planned for my nose. She has a fine sense of humor and put me at ease throughout. Dr. Mark Toma performed the surgery to make this hole on the right side of my nose actually do something other than just sit there being a hole. All was explained to me before and after the operation. It's been an epiphany for me. BOTH nostrils are supposed to work. Imagine that. I recommend SE MI ENT and especially NP Y-VV & Dr. M. Toma to anyone with nasal malfunctions. I'm glad that I finally made the move.

All I can say is their masseuse gave me a really good massage. She had really strong hands and when I told her about the problem I was having, she zeroed in on it and it was gone the next day. I'm now having problems with my back and neck and will call them again for a massage. I went to Irene's School in Franklin, MI but need a more experienced masseuse for it to make a difference.
