I have since seen other reviews of people who have been cancelled on day of etc. That day they had me call your scheduler who was looking to see if anyone could come in after not hearing back for 20 minutes I let her know we needed to do our own hair and I was told you would refund me. 2 days later and no response to my confirmation email of a refund I reached back out. You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. Those were the only calls missed, in the middle of our text conversation. I hope you can take accountability for yourself and your business as this was a terrible experience!

Firstly, they custom make your own individual scent if you so desire. Honestly there are literally over a million variations as they have over 100+ base scent oils for both men and women that you can mix in different ratios to find your own unique scent. There are endless possibilities which I found out! If you're not inclined to custom make your own perfume, you can just have 1 scent. I bought a few like that including bergamot, patchouli, musk and magnolia! They all smelled beautiful. You can also pick and choose from over 1,000 brand name perfumes in stock. Bonus is they also have a huge variety of incense, Oud's and everything scentful you can imagine in this store! Zajil helped me pick the scents to mix together. I was able to experiment with mixing the oils and trying them out too. I bought a bunch of smaller roll on bottles that are great for my purse. These make great gifts but are also great for your purse, pocket or kept in s drawer for those times when you just need a pick me up. The reason I am posting this review on Yelp is specifically because of the response my Google…read morereview got (see attached screenshot). I kind of expected ridiculously high prices, it is Ann Arbor after all, but these prices were absurd. What I don't expect is to be ridiculed by the owner because of a simple spelling mistake. Like I said, thier priorities are backwards with no attempt to rectify the situation, only to make it worse after the fact online. I wish I could get paid to sit on my butt all day and ignore customers. At least I was greeted by a lady yelling from the back, but that is considered the bare minimum, just as another 1 star review is. If I could give 0 I would especially now after realizing this is how they respond to potential customers. I will never go back. The vulgar music that was being played throughout the store was my biggest concern at the time, but now it has shifted to the way they responded to me online. If you must buy from them (still way overpriced, I don't know why you would) order from etsy and don't subject yourself to being ignored and annoyed by incompetent store staff. After reading some of these other reviews here I am certain they had to deal with this same person, and it was probably the same person who made the condescending reply to my first review (see picture). I have a hunch that most of these 5 star reviews are either from the staff themselves trying to counter the honest ones or by someone who didn't have to deal with the lack of customer service that I experienced. If you're the owner of the place and you are reading this, please reconsider who you choose to be the face of the store, they are driving your customers away. If in fact the owner was the only one in the store today, and the subject of all the other 1 star reviews here, I would recommend closing your store and finding a new line of business because you are clearly not equipped customer service.
