From the easy scheduling…read moreonline to the service, knowledge and quality they provided..it is so great to know I now have a reliable shop I can trust! Took my 2021 SUV in for hard shifting even after Valvoline replaced the "transmission fluid" 2 weeks prior ($200 btw). I need another look by a repair shop & was fully prepared the worst. Received very detailed videos and documents showing what was really going on With my car specifically. This in itself blew me away! Findings were that that the transmission fluid wasn't properly replaced causing the hard shifting. Full service completed by Harold & Beverly & we are back on the road driving smoother than I can last remember! Money well spent!

As skeptical as I was, I must admit that this crew is the bomb. I called and told them my AC issue…read moreand within 10 minutes he called me back with a quote on parts and labor. Not only that but had an opening for that SAME DAY and came to my job to work on my car but my company was having no part of that. So we agreed for them to work on it at their location. While they were working on my ac, I remembered that I needed my brakes done also. I called them and they agreed to fix any and every issue I was concerned about. When it was all said and done, they delivered my car back to me within hours, with the brakes replaced and the ac blowing colder than it did the first day I drove it off the lot brand new. I'll NEVER have my car worked on by anyone else and would refer these guys 10x over without any hesitation...

Absolutely terrible experience. The man working there was rude, aggressive, and completely…read moreunprofessional from the moment I spoke to him. I asked about getting my tire changed and instead of answering like a normal business owner, he caught an attitude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone for no reason. Then he told me I couldn't even buy a tire because it was "night time." If you're closed, say you're closed. Don't stand there being hostile and then walk off mid-conversation like a child. He literally walked away and never came back to help, leaving me standing there with no explanation. If you don't want to work, don't run a business. Simple. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Thank You, Dean Rivera!…read more On August 11, our family arrived in Sanford, Florida, on the Auto Train from Virginia to begin our week-long Florida vacation. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our Honda Odyssey was not working--and with the Florida heat, we definitely needed it! That morning, I called AAA and was fortunate to get our vehicle looked at right away. Dean Rivera, the owner, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to explain what could be causing the problem and made sure our air conditioning was repaired. We were back on the road by 3:00 p.m. that same day! We were traveling with our family, so having the air conditioning repaired so quickly made a huge difference. Thank you, Dean, for your professionalism, excellent service, and for helping save our family's Florida vacation! We truly appreciate it and highly recommend you!
