Great family run operation. A huge THANK YOU to Rose, Joe and Missel (I hope I spelled your name…read moreright.) I knew I had an OBD error code relating to my transmission. I had driven cross country and my mechanic back home had given my truck a thorough check up before I left. I called him first and he assured me that since the truck was driving fine, not to worry. Although I agreed I decided to get it checked out in person. At first Quality agreed, but they wanted to make sure of what exactly was the problem. Next thing I know is that they found a bad sensor wire and fixed it in two hours for $160! While waiting, I noticed they had a simple sign up in their office that perfectly described their attitude. It said "Work Hard". They could have taken advantage of my situation, but they were honest and hard working. The best proof of their work is when I had my truck parked by the valet at the hotels on my drive back, the attendants always commented on how well the truck sounded. Thanks for your GREAT WORK!!

This cowboy outfit inserted a replacement battery in my girlfriend's car back in Feb 2023 that has already failed. I understand this can happen, but let's talk about that battery installation. #1 No brand name markings. Nothing to correlate the invoice to the product ... if anything, lends to them installing a Duracell branded battery, but it's not. States A23 on the label. Their paperwork has 35N 51R marked. Very suspicious. #2 My girlfriend called me one day. Car wouldn't start. Why? One of the connectors was loose and had worked its way off!?? Shoddy installation. I don't know if the installer (Anthony) didn't clean the connector or whether arcing had caused the accumulated mess, but it was in a real bad way. #3 Good luck getting in touch with them to address figuring out a replacement. The number Anthony left was not accepting calls or texts. Looking up the main business number proved equally fruitless, with a full voicemail box. Needless to say, I won't be letting this business go anywhere near a car if I have a say in the matter. I've worked on cars extremely rarely, but my rookie workmanship outshines that of ER Auto Rescue by a country mile!

I called Don and he knew what it was right away. It's a small shop so they were closed the week of Christmas and New Year's. I needed a new thermostat and a sensor. They were able to finish the work by 3 PM for a reasonable price. They also warned me about a code still triggering about something with the AC. Don's son said they wouldn't be able to repair that for my car but it's not an emergency thing. He said to not worry about it until I hear some clicking in the dash. However this recent job was bigger than what I had the time or tools for and I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I brought in my Silverado to have the hydraulic lifters deleted due to a failed lifter. I had suspicions of other issues but were assured by other mechanics that they didn't exist. I only spoke Leon personally who has impeccable customer service and knowledge. He was able to give me the best price around and clearly had the knowledge necessary for the job. It took a little longer to get the vehicle into a bay than expected and while most shops wouldn't bother Leon called and maintained communication throughout the entire job which is such a small thing that goes such a long way. The delay was perfectly understandable, I know personally no job ever goes as smooth as you expect. After the initial tear down Leon reached out again to let me know that my suspicions were correct and a few other things needed to be replaced or at the very least were worth doing while it was tore down and about at that time anyway. Leon was able to get me a fair price on parts and replace everything I was looking at getting done anyway. Leon was even honest enough to talk me out of a more expensive replacement other shops had told me was necessary and provide me the education why it wouldn't be worth it. Trucks been running great for about a month now. Absolutely no complaints. Can't thank these guys enough for all the work and actually being good to the customer. A good friend…read moreof mine, who also shares my love for German-engineered cars, recommended this place when I mentioned I was having issues with my 2013 Porsche Panamera. The car had been sitting for about seven months, and I didn't know where to take it. My friend had taken his BMW M3 and other cars here before and couldn't stop raving about the work they do, so I decided to give it a try. The team at Auto Tuning House really impressed me. They clearly know German cars inside and out, and their passion for what they do shows in how they explain everything. They took the time to walk me through the issues and what they planned to do to fix them, which gave me so much confidence in their expertise. While I was there, I met a couple of other customers, also with German cars, and they all said the same thing, this is the shop to go to if you have a German vehicle in Orlando. The shop is a little tucked away, so you might miss it if you're not looking for it, but it's worth finding. Their pricing is fair, especially for the level of care and detail they provide, which isn't always easy to find when it comes to these kinds of cars. As someone who only drives German-engineered vehicles, knowing I have a trusted place to turn to in Orlando is a huge relief. Even though I haven't gotten my car back yet, I feel confident the work will be excellent. The way the team approaches their work combined with their clear love for what they do really sets them apart. I'm giving four stars for now because I like to save five stars for after I've experienced the full service, but I already know this will be my go-to spot in the future. If you own a German car and are looking for skilled mechanics who truly care about their craft, you can't go wrong with Auto Tuning House. Highly recommend it!
