So, we called Aleks to see what needed to be done about the fan. He found the pinhole leak in our copper pipe! He sent me photos and a video while he was up in the attic. I sent those immediately to the plumber, who was really impressed. They returned and fixed the leak, but then Aleks came back to 1) replace the fan, 2) dry out the attic, 3) insulate the pipes, and 4) restore insulation on the attic floor. He also painted our bathroom ceiling so that it looked like new AND recaulked our bathtub. All this at a reasonable price. He's amazing. Trust him.

The shed selection on site made it easy to pick our options, but we did ask about some extra add ons not on display that really made a huge difference in the look of our sheds. Based on some other shed photos we saw online, we upgraded the doors to the window door and on the shed that we finished, we added 3 small windows on the top long wall and it added so much light, and doesn't prevent tall shelving from being used. If you are getting a shed for a working space, I highly recommend adding those top small windows. We worked with Richard to order everything and he was super chill and no pressure. All the upgrades were things we brought up, and he clearly explained what would/wouldn't work. I felt the upgrades were very reasonably priced. Each shed took one day to build and the friendly crew came out on time each day. It took about 3 weeks to get on their schedule, which was enough time for us to get the space ready for the build.

The sales rep for Hone Depot, Nathan, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. Scheduling, which done from their main office on Fee Street went smoothly without hiccups. Email was the primary mode of communication. However, I was able to call to speak to a staff when I wanted additional clarification regarding installation or other features. Installation was exceptional. Installers arrived on time. We showed them the site and asked a few questions. As prep for the site we laid out weed cover fabric, which provided a nice guide for positioning our shed. The installers went to work on the base frame and before preceding with the full install they asked for confirmation of the location because once the full build began they could move the shed. Once we ok'd the location the installers began the build and did not stop. They were awesome. Along the way they ask for confirmation of the shelving height and location and provided us with other important installation information. From start to finish these guys were phenomenal. I'm sorry that I did not get one of the installers name, but the lead guy's name is Vadzim. I recommend Tuff Shed if you need more storage. It was a non stressful good experience. As a side note, read your invoice AND your contract, don't gloss through them. There are details that you must pay attention. This will minimize or alleviate a stressful experience and misunderstandings. Don't forget do your research on sheds, read reviews and ask questions.

They were very willing to customize it for our specific needs, it has been a great shelter for our animals and is holding up excellent. 8 years later our 40 year old main barn and utility barn were both in desperate need of re-staining, things were starting to really deteriorate. We had some estimates for getting that done, but thought we'd check back with Augie to see if they could do something really custom by re-siding our existing structures. Both buildings were structurally sound, just getting very tired on the outside. As expected, the quote came in higher than what it would cost us to re-stain, however by putting metal on the building it would make it more fire safe and it would not need to be re-stained ever again. We felt in the long run it would be much better for us to do it right so we had them get started. It is amazing how this has transformed these buildings, it is like we had brand new buildings put up. The team was able to handle the custom nature of the project which included building all new sliding doors for each end of the main barn and all of the paddocks.
