She somehow always knows exactly what I want, even when I can't put it into words. It truly feels like she reads my mind every single time. When I first found her, my hair was completely damaged from a horrific bleach job, and I honestly thought it was beyond repair. Zina didn't just fix my hair--she saved it. She took her time, was honest with me, and cared more about the health of my hair than making money or rushing the process. That kind of integrity is rare. There are plenty of people who are good at hair, but it's almost impossible to find someone with her level of talent and heart. She was too concerned about seeing her next client and said she didn't have time to correct her mistake. She'd purposely get my shirt wet every visit and doesn't curl my hair well. I'll show the conversation and pictures to follow. So she decided to quit me as a loyal cash paying customer accusing me of things I didn't do. She'd been trying to quit me for some time. But I didn't catch on until my hair went purple. Kind of hard to tell on the first picture. But plenty of people we astonished. What an embarrassment.
