At first I was just curiosity, but then after my wife talked me into it, I was almost completely determined to get one. I looked around my local area and, as you can see, Edna has some awesome reviews. I think she's one of the best reviewed local(Green Valley) waxing professionals within 15 miles. I scheduled an appointment and got the wax. I'm not gonna lie. It was painful, but Edna made the experience very comfortable. I was extremely happy with the results(not to mention my wife's reaction), plus I've felt nearly no irritation days/weeks after the procedure. I'm confident I will recommend Edna to anyone who is interested in waxing AND definitely be seeing her on a frequent basis to make sure my privates are smoother than soft jazz

I wasn't sure what to expect but she made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and funny -- I laughed more than I winced, and that's saying something when someone's ripping hair off your body. After checking in at the kiosk, I was notified there was a 0-minute wait time, only to sit there for 20 minutes before someone publicly called out, 'Who's Crystal?' and informed me that I was booked under 'first available' and that there were actually no appointments available. The biggest issue wasn't just the wait, but the lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process. I typically enjoy coming to this establishment and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this interaction was especially frustrating and inconvenient.
