We made this decision on a whim and very last minute to be done over Thanksgiving. Sara and Scott stepped up to the challenge and went above and beyond any expectations we had. They were friendly and fun and took the best photos I have ever seen of my family. Everyone (all 11 of us) had a great time and the photos spoke for themselves. I was so happy with that family photo shoot that I knew the minute I got engaged that I had to have them for my wedding. I contacted Sara immediately, before we even had a date and told her that, if possible, they were my choice. I feel like over the last couple of years I have become friends with them both and can't wait to see our engagement photos in September and our wedding photos next spring. I know they will capture every memory that happens in the most creative and artistic way. Anyone who needs a photographer should contact Sara and Scott, you won't be disappointed!!!

I wish she could be my teacher going forward! They had refreshments for us! How nice! The store and bathroom was clean! I didn't catch her name but, if it was just her teaching the class this place would have gotten 5 stars! But then there was Austin. This name I remember. You know being raised in the south you become fully aware of certain behaviors so I will paint the picture and you take from it what you will. I am the only "Afro American" male in there. Austin avoids me more than anyone else as much as possible. I notice it but I am there to learn not to be friends so being that the other associate is busy I go to Austin and I ask him could he help me with my screen b/c it's not focusing. As he is looking at his camera he says yeh it's your box on your screen and I said ok .. I don't know how to remove it .. he is still looking at his camera and proceeds to walk away and says just move it with your finger.. so I look at him and say I have never done this before can you show me? He still isn't looking at me and says nothing .. So I was hoping that he would come to me after he placed his camera down - just to check to see if I figured it out or anything of the like .. nope. Walked right past me. The other people approach him in the class and he became so attentive and kind to them .. showing them how to use their camera and anything they needed help with. 2026. And here we are.. Don't be an Austin. Treat everyone with respect and dignity. Disgusting behavior like that gets you nowhere fast in life and it all comes back to you. I gain nothing by lying on anyone. This is an awesome looking place .. Austin was very knowledgeable as well.. his character however, towards me as a student wanting to learn photography and super involved with the class was lack luster and allowed a space for me to lose complete interest. Thank God for the woman who was the presenter.

1 star -- Loyal customers, deeply let down…read more We've used Pamela Lee Photography for 3-4 years of Christmas photos, spent over $1,000, and referred clients to her. So when we booked her for our newborn session, we trusted her completely. It was a disaster. The setup wasn't ready, the staging wasn't safe or appropriate for a newborn, and at one point our baby was placed in a position that felt genuinely unsafe. Backdrops looked unprofessional. Photos came back blurry. One usable family shot out of a $725 session. We told her we were unhappy. She volunteered to reshoot at our home -- then on the day, sprang a surprise $425 charge and a time limit that had never been mentioned. Telling detail: she never asked for our address. We hadn't requested a home shoot; she offered it. Years of loyalty, one of the most important shoots of our lives, and this is how it ended. We won't be back.
