Jacki and I had calls because she wanted to get to know our story beforehand and they both worked a solid 10 hours to make sure they captured everything from getting ready to staying late for those amazing sunset shots. Jacki even looked up our venue online to see where the best shots would be - that kind of detail and dedication was exactly what I was looking for. On the day of, I barely noticed them (made me a bit nervous actually) but they were actually being stealth and staying out of the way while somehow capturing every amazing moment. In addition to being an incredibly skilled videographer, Kao is super chill, personable, and easygoing. He made everyone feel comfortable, including our German Shepherd, who can be a little wary around strangers. He made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to truly be in the moment and enjoy our day--this truly meant so much to us because we were really able to be present with one another. Kao's talent for storytelling and attention to detail is incredible. He really captured the emotions, joy, and candid moments beautifully. Several bridal party members and guests even commented on how they saw Kao and his second shooter running up and down our venue to get the perfect shots, showing just how dedicated he is and how willing he is to go above and beyond to capture every special moment. We are so happy we decided to hire MVP Weddings for our wedding. Not only were Matt and his team…read morebarely noticeable the day of, but the end result videos turned out amazing! It can be kind of nerve racking having cameras following you around all day if you're not used to that, which most people aren't. But we could hardly tell they were there honestly! He worked very well with my photographer (they are the loud ones you know are there lol) and they got some amazing shots. His prices are better than pretty much every other videographer we talked to, so if you like his style after watching examples of his work - definitely hire him! He will send extra examples to you if you contact him too. I know I spent a long time watching other couples videos to see what style I liked, and he provided lots of examples to help me decide! Also, when your videos are finished he sends them to you so you can provide edits if you want. He was SO accomodating and let me edit my video a lot. I'm sure some people don't want any part in this, but I was kind of picky about it and wanted certain things added or changed. Nothing he could have known - a lot of it was inside jokes my husband and friends made throughout the day. He was so patient with me and added/changed everything I wanted to make sure the final video was perfect before we concluded our business. I love the videos so much and am so excited to show them to all our friends and family!

He drove all the way out to Sanger where my hubby and I had a very significant date. Appreciate his efforts to provide the best quality product possible. His use of all kinds of high-tech gadgets to provide soft lighting (so my wrinkles wouldn't stand out!) as well as to provide that cinematic feel ... left my hubby and I thrilled with the end product. (Oh! The end product: DVDs IN COVERS (like you get in the store) with a great pic of hubby and me on the front cover, and a fab pic of me and my bouquet on the back.) Matt is flexible and really wants to provide great service: Hubby had all kinds of different requests, and Matt didn't have a problem with them. VERY easy-going and easy to work with!! Was amazed at how WELL he told our story thru film. With sooo much raw film to go through, Matt ASTUTELY chose THE BEST clips/scenes to tell our story in visual form. Hubby and I were impressed that the scenes faded from one to the next. Great editing! No harsh segues from one scene to the next. Also, Matt put certain scenes in SLOW-MOTION, which added a poignant touch. VERY ARTISTIC. I really have no clue about film/video or terminology; all I know is that my high-tech-savvy hubby and I LOVE all of our videos -- from the "Love Story" video to the wedding ceremony (in documentary format, which we requested) to the reception highlights to the overall wedding day highlights.
