Our pictures look incredible: they did a great job of capturing an important moment in our lives. They were easy to work with, responsive, and really on top of logistics. I'm one of those people who is not great with surprises, and my fiancee's proposal threw me for a loop in the moment. Emily and Steven did a great job of making the best of a tricky situation and saving the moment. They calmed me down, pulled us aside, and got right back into taking great pictures. Finally, my fiancee and I are both women. As queer/LGBTQ+ people, we know that not everyone is as excited about our partnership as we are, and we hadn't seen any other LGBTQ+ people in their materials. That said, they were so comfortable with us and excited for us, it really put us at ease. Thank you, Emily and Steven!

I found Kapptured through The Knot for the central valley area and I was instantly drawn to their reviews and photography samples. From start to finish Kapptured was and has been extremely responsive, flexible, trustworthy, professional and so kind. They were so helpful in guiding the process to help our wedding run smoothly and to ensure we got all of our special moments captured. I had contact with Chris, Lisa and Jade and all were so kind and helpful. They went through all of the steps and expectations for my special day prior to wedding day, which I really appreciated! They took my budget in consideration when I let them know the price range I was able to do and were able to work with me to ensure I was able to receive what we wanted for our day. When wedding day came around Jade and Lisa showed up on time and were ready to go. They were super organized and kept us on track. They were patient with our large wedding party and navigating wedding guest photo interruptions. They also kept in communication before they left to ensure we got all of the photos we wanted. Post wedding They kept in touch by letting us know where they were in the process of editing photos. They made my husband and I feel like family and we felt so taken care of. They were great at catching the most intimate moments between myself and the bridesmaids as well as my husband and his groomsmen ahead of the ceremony. They also had a great eye for the little details we would want to be captured on film. I didn't feel like they were directing us too much, rather, they were capturing the important moments as we enjoyed our day and experienced it fully. The posed portraits we asked for were not awkward and went by so quickly. We were able to get great shots and authentic smiles with the direction and assistance from Matt and Jessica. Where they really shine is action shots! When I saw the bouquet toss photos I was so impressed. We were joking that my aunt pushed someone to get the bouquet and Matt and Jessica captured the exact moment when it happed. The reception was captured perfectly!
