Okay so where do I begin. Original wedding was supposed to be in 2020 but because of the plague we had to postpone. On top of that my original photographer disappeared after taking of their fee. I was frantic looking for a new photographers because I needed someone understanding and willing to be a little flexible due to the circumstances we were in. Kapptured was the first and only team I talked too. After talking with Chris I knew I found the right company. He was so amazing throughout this last year I can't praise him enough! Now day of the wedding Chris, Lisa, Kate and Andrew were literally the best and most sweetest team ever. They went above and beyond helping keep the day on schedule, I honestly would have been so stressed without them there. I really enjoyed having the team around they were all so amazing and funny. If there was a way to rate Kapptured with a lower rating I would but this is the lowest rating the system would allow. Our experience with Kapptured and Chris Hernandez was by far the WORST and MOST DISAPPOINTING experience I have ever had with a photographer. If you haven't already paid your deposit then I highly recommend seeking another company to do your pictures. I would hate to know that anyone ever had the same experience as we did. There are so many reasons why but, because of limited space, I will only share a few. I will be glad to share the letter I wrote to them explaining our complete disappointment in addition to any of the other 11 pages of complaints we have because of their indifference to us and our event. We were referred to Kapptured by our DJ and, for over $2,000 to do our wedding, I had high expectations that we would be well tended to and prioritized. That was not the case. The feeling I got from the very beginning AFTER they received our deposit was that once they had us on the hook with our deposit there was NO sense of urgency at all or concerns for our desires. Chris Hernandez and Kapptured as a company were totally indifferent to us and our event. I don't know if it was malicious or negligent but, either way, Kapptured failed us an infinite number of ways. Out of all the complaints I have the biggest one was the fact that they promised to have our pictures to us within 12 weeks and they couldn't do that. Even at the wedding we were told we would get a "sneak peek" of some pics from the wedding the week following the wedding and that never happened. We received absolutely nothing from them until after the deadline they set for themselves and what made it worse is that we saw other weddings they did after ours get some of their pictures before we got any. That was clear evidence to me that they had made us one of their absolute LOWEST priorities. We wanted their response to our complaint IN WRITING before May 1, 2020 because they had lost all their integrity with us by lying and dropping the ball so many times. We gave Chris Hernandez, Kapptured, and Isaac Atkinson (Owner and Founder of Kapptured) almost two weeks to respond in writing as to what, if anything, they were going to do to make it right and they NEVER did. Don't gamble on the most important day of your life by hiring Kapptured or Chris Hernandez because you don't want it contaminated the way ours was. read more

I met with Chris with KAPPTURED back in 2019 & they were the only photographer/videographer company I had met with. But after speaking with him I didn't need to talk to anyone else. Chris knew exactly what I wanted from the smallest details. Chris took my engagement pictures at Dodger stadium which was such a cool experience. The way he made those photos look was incredible. Due to Covid I had to postpone the wedding multiple times and Chris was always understanding and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Our anniversary is next week! 3 years as Mr & Mrs. Kapptured made us feel as if we were friends from the start. We had specific shots that we wanted and they Kapptured them all and more. I am still to this day obsessed with our photos. Chris went above and beyond for two very specific photos I wanted and he made they happen with such ease! We had a superhero theme in which my husbands superhero is spiderman and we all know the famous spiderman kiss pose right? I mean who doesn't.
