We both got a good feeling from them and their packages were reasonable so we dove in...and are glad we did. Brian and his assistant first did our engagement pictures and we had a fantastic time shooting in Yosemite Valley. The pictures were incredible. Then Brian and Jessica did our wedding at Wolf Lakes in June 2014. They were supportive, easy-going, and a real pleasure to work with. They accommodated our requests with ease and were very professional. They were also unobtrusive, unlike some photographers I have seen at other weddings. They were sensitive to our desire to spend as much time as possible with our guests while still covering the entire event. We now have hundreds of beautiful photos and a very well done wedding album to reminisce with. We have no regrets hiring Brian and Jessica...they became like family to us!

So when we booked her for our newborn session, we trusted her completely. It was a disaster. Photos came back blurry. One usable family shot out of a $725 session. We told her we were unhappy. She volunteered to reshoot at our home -- then on the day, sprang a surprise $425 charge and a time limit that had never been mentioned. Telling detail: she never asked for our address. We hadn't requested a home shoot; she offered it. Years of loyalty, one of the most important shoots of our lives, and this is how it ended. We won't be back.
